Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Her Secret to a Happy Marriage in Harper's Bazaar

Gwyneth Paltrow shows off her amazing frame on the cover of - and inside - the March 2012 issue of Harper's Bazzar, which will be available on newsstands Feb. 14. For the cover of the magazine, she was decked out in a deep-V jumpsuit. For the accompanying photo spread lensed by Terry Richardson, she wore dark gowns from Anthony Vaccarello, Alexander McQueen, and more. Gwyneth got candid in her interview, making rare comments about her life with husband Chris Martin. She spoke about his being "communicative" and a hands-on dad, even revealing her family secret to maintaining a long marriage. Here's more from Gwyneth Paltrow in Harper's Bazaar:

On her husband Chris Martin: "He’s very communicative, which is rare for a British man . . . If I’m in L.A. for three days working, then my husband does the school run; it’s always one of us."
On her marriage: "I have little kids in school. I want to maintain my marriage and my family, so I have to be here when he comes home."
On her father's advice for a good marriage: "My parents were married for 30-something years, and he said [it was] because they never wanted to get divorced at the same time . . . I think you do fall in and out of love and you just keep going, and every time you go through a really difficult phase, you rediscover something new and it just gets better. We’ve been married for more than eight years now, and we’re still into it."

The Fall is shaping up to be a celebratory season for director Martin Scorsese. In addition to earning his very first Emmy for Boardwalk Empire, his 3D children's film Hugo just debuted at the New York Film Festival to rave reviews. Martin's also the subject of a tribute article in Harper's Bazaar November issue, which is out on Oct. 25, featuring Martin recasting some of his most famous films - make sure to check out behind-the-scenes videos from the star-studded shoot. Kate Bosworth, wearing couture Givenchy, channeled Michelle Pfeiffer's character in The Age of Innocence, while Christina Hendricks and Jack Huston were given the task of re-creating Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz's chemistry in The Gangs of New York. Keanu Reeves and Chloe Moretz took on Taxi Driver, and Emily Blunt went blond for her Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore assignment. Tom Cruise even contributed to the article with a story about working with Martin. Recalling their time on The Color of Money with Scorsese set, Tom said, "When we started working together, Marty would just giggle. And it was wonderful because sometimes in the more violent scenes, like when I got pissed and was going down the stairs and throwing down the briefcase, you could just hear him giggle."

Beyoncé Knowles wore a sheer bodysuit and Ferragamo jacket for November's Harper's Bazaar - check out the full Beyoncé interview as well as more photos and a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot. The mom-to-be opened up about her life, love, and work in the issue. Beyoncé shared about her decision to become a parent and even discussed her marriage to Jay-Z, who she says has affected American culture in a profound way. She and Jay are currently in NYC shopping and prepping for their new arrival, who will enter the world in February. Beyoncé said:

On figuring out herself before motherhood: "It was important to me that I gave myself time to focus on becoming the woman I want to be, building my empire, my relationship, and my self-worth, before I became a mother. Now God has blessed us with the ultimate."
On her husband Jay-Z: "We have been together since I was 20 years old. We took our time and developed an unbreakable friendship before we got married. I admire his ability to inspire others. To me, Jay represents the American dream. Jay’s music has helped define our generation. All that he has overcome and worked to achieve gives millions hope that they can become whatever they want to be. I respect him so much; he is a great man and a great artist."
On their marriage: "We focused three years on our marriage and found that it brought us an even stronger bond and connection. But like anything great and successful in your life, marriage takes hard work and sacrifice. It has to be something both you and your husband deeply want. The best thing about marriage is the amount of growth you have because you can no longer hide from your fears and insecurities. There’s someone right there calling you out on your flaws and building you up when you need the support. If you are with the right person, it brings out the best version of you."

Emma Watson Dishes On Her Favorite Memories and Biggest Vices in Her Harper's Bazaar Spread

Emma Watson is in Harper's Bazaar's October issue, which is the glossy's annual "Fabulous at Every Age" edition, alongside fellow celebs like Claudia Schiffer. The Harry Potter star posed for a '60s-inspired photo shoot in the pages of the magazine and has recently honed her model skills in her role as the spokesperson for Lancôme Trésor Midnight Rose. Her last big-screen project, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, wrapped over the Summer. Emma struck up a romance with her costar Johnny Simmons during the shoot, and while she doesn't talk about her love life in the magazine, she does share some surprising details about her favorite things and secret vices in a series of rapid-fire questions. Here are some highlights:

Lady Gaga Without (Much) Makeup on the New Harper's Bazaar Cover

In the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar, Lady Gaga shows that she can pull off the no-makeup makeup look just as well as her usual avant-garde looks like the one above. The Lady in question isn't totally barefaced, but makeup artist Val Garland did create a minimal palette, and Bazaar suggests you use nothing but foundation, highlighter, brow gel, and lash primer to re-create the style. It's nice to see Gaga fresh-faced once in a while, and we'd love to see her wear her natural hair sometime in the future, too. Check the images out and see for yourself.

Anne Hathaway Makes a Striking Harper's Bazaar Cover Girl and Talks Oscars and Her Ex

Anne Hathaway graces the cover of August's Harper's Bazaar in a gorgeous red gown. The actress is kicking off promotions for One Day, and she posed for a striking spread with photographer Alexi Lubomirski and also sat down to chat about her recent Oscars hosting gig and the men in her life. Anne is still going strong with boyfriend Adam Shulman, saying of their relationship, "so far, it's worked out great," but she also touched on why things ended with her ex Raffaello Follieri. On hosting the Oscars: "I let James know that a whirling dervish is a more ﬂattering comparison than a Tasmanian devil. I called him, and we e-mailed a bit. In the grand scheme of things, I got to have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I met great people, wore beautiful clothes. And I got to put on a show. I don't see a downside. Anyone who disliked my personality probably disliked my personality before the Oscars."
On her relationship with Raffaello Follieri: "There's something very addictive about people pleasing, it's a thought pattern and a habit that feels really, really good until it becomes desperate. It's one of the reasons that relationship ended. I wasn't able to grow or foster anything."
On getting caught up in romance: "Which has its wonderful side, of course, but also it was exhausting, and sometimes it would freak me out. Mellow doesn't always make for a good story, but it makes for a good life."

Britney Spears Poses and Talks Perfect Days, Motherhood, and More in Harper's Bazaar

Britney Spears hit up the Wango Tango show in LA over the weekend, and she also recently found time to pose for the June cover of Harper's Bazaar. The pop star, who's gearing up for a big tour of North American to support her Femme Fatale album, spoke in an accompanying interview about how being a mom has changed her outlook and also described her perfect day. Britney also talked about what makes her show her tough side in the issue, which is out May 31. Britney Spears told Harper's Bazaar:

On her perfect day: "Getting up with coffee - two cups of coffee. Having a good workout, taking a swim, my boys being there, and just having a good day at the pool - we have a theme-park slide. We'd have snow cones, then I'd go to the movies and spend time with my boyfriend. Maybe a Femme Fatale moment!"
On how being a mom affects her career choices: "I think things through a little bit more, and I worry a lot. I’m more straightforward, and I speak up more than I did before. When I was younger, I wouldn’t speak up as much, but now that I’m a mom, things have changed."
On her true 'It's Britney b*tch!' moments: "When things take a long time, I just get really stubborn. When I know that things are supposed to go a certain way [laughs] and when it's my time of the month."

Lady Gaga Goes Pink, Talks Hollywood, Surgery, and Art in Harper's Bazaar

Lady Gaga worked it for photographer Terry Richardson's May cover of Harper's Bazaar. She modeled a pink wig similar to the one she sported in a recent Vogue shoot, and inside the magazine Gaga stripped down to pose on a piano then dressed up for another snap. She broke from a huge Born This Way tour, which she caused some headlines during earlier this week with a fall off her piano, to open up about her life and work. Gaga shared about her intense work ethic, thoughts on plastic surgery, and her persona. She said:

On turning away from a Hollywood lifestyle: "I had all these number-one records, and I had sold all these albums, and it was sort of this turning point: Am I going to try and embrace Hollywood and assimilate to that culture? I put my toe in that water, and it was a Kegel-exercise vaginal reaction where I clenched and had to retract immediately. I ran furiously back to New York, to my old apartment, and I hung out with my friends, and I went to the same bars."
On plastic surgery: "I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have. I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification."
On her career plan: "You can quote me on this: People love you when they think you won't be around for very long, and people hate you when they can't get rid of you. But I'm not going anywhere."

Courteney Cox Shares About Her Split From David in Harper's Bazaar

Courteney Cox is front and center on the April issue of Harper's Bazaar, which will be available on newsstands on the 29th. The Cougar Town star posed for photographer Terry Richardson in the accompanying spread, and opened up all about her personal life for the article written by Anamaria Wilson. Courteney, who was recently off in Hawaii working on her show in a variety of bikinis, spoke a great deal about her separation from husband David Arquette. She touched on how shocked she was about his revealing interview with Howard Stern, what she's looking for now, and addressed the rumors she's seeing her costar Brian Van Holt. Courteney said:

On David talking too much about their relationship: "You can’t really get mad at David because he’s not a malicious person. He was dealing with things the best way he could. And don’t get me wrong, he was on a show for entertainment. David is smart, and David is also a showman. He knew what he was doing. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I don’t think he’ll be doing more Howard Stern any time soon. He’s not out to harm. But I’m his biggest protector. I can’t help it."
On what she wants that she didn't have when married: "I think it’s more about needing just a kind of peace and stillness. I’m kind of all over the place, and I need grounding. I want to be calm. I want to change a lot. I want to live not outside but inside. It’s nothing with David; it’s just what I’m searching for."
On rumors she's now dating her Cougar Town costar Brian: "He's a really good friend of mine, so I don't care. It just doesn't matter. He's a great guy, and he's definitely been a part of my support system."
