Renee Opens Up About Her Breast Cancer Scare
Amanda Bynes and Harry Connick Jr. attended the premiere of their new Lifetime TV movie Living Proof last night in NYC. Renee Zellweger was the executive producer on this project about Dr. Dennis Slamon, played by Harry, who developed the breast cancer drug Herceptin.

Okay, so that rhyme is a bit of a stretch, but Renée Zellweger does deserve some props for braving the freezing cold temperatures filming her new movie, Chilled in Miami, in Manitoba, Canada yesterday. While Renée gets a pretty cute costar in Harry Connick Jr. for this film, nothing quite compares to her Leatherheads duo of George Clooney and John Krasinski. Not too much longer to wait for that one, finally — April is just around the corner.

Stars Hit the Courts For Men's US Open Finals
While the Fashion Week main event last night was Marc Jacobs, all the way out in Flushing, Queens, there was another star-studded show of talent. The men's US Open final took place with Roger Federer beating Andy Murray in three straight sets to win for the fifth year running. Anna Wintour made sure to get an early viewing of Proenza Schouler so she could catch her boy Roger in action, while Natalie Portman came for the second year in a row, only this time with a girlfriend rather than a date.

She's making the rounds promoting New in Town, which Buzz thought had authentic chemistry but not such a great script. Renée turned on her southern charm and flirted with Dave, who wanted to know how she stays so thin, which she admitted was from running that she probably overdoes.
