The White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington DC on Saturday night was a star-studded affair and the political fun continued at an afterparty thrown by Bloomberg and Vanity Fair. Famous faces from the big and small screens, music world, and more came out for the glamorous annual event, which was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. President Barack Obama also gave a funny speech, which Martha Stewart apparently appreciated since she tweeted, "A+ to Jimmy Kimmel and President Obama - great speeches, funny, smart and just disrespectful enough."

Chace Crawford joined his sister Candice and her husband Tony Romo for the evening out while Elizabeth Banks hung out with Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Rashida Jones. Sofia Vergara snapped pictures of George Clooney and President Barack Obama inside during dinner, and Kim Kardashian met up with Martha. Chrissy Teigen and John Legend paired up for the big event, but didn't make it to the afterparty since Chrissy had to be up early for a morning flight. Ivanka Trump arrived on the arm of husband Jared Kushner, while Dylan Lauren and Lauren Bush Lauren posed together on their way into dinner. Rachel Zoe wore an embroidered Valentino dress for the occasion and took time away from Rodger Berman to chat with Georgina Chapman, Kerry Washington, and others. But last night, the gorgeous powerhouse debuted her first ready-to-wear clothing collection, now available online, at Lord & Taylor in NYC. One look at the collection and you can see that Ivanka designed a collection similar to her own style: chic, modern, and ladylike; an aesthetic similar to some of her favorite fashion designers. "The people I always seem to admire are the Oscar de la Rentas; of the younger generation, the Jason Wus - people who really understand how to make a woman look pretty without diminishing her," said Ivanka. "You know, powerful pretty." That said, Ivanka sent models down the runway in a flurry of 9-to-5-appropriate printed dresses, sharp tailored coats, and sleek blazers. It was a wise dress choice for Madonna - Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman is married to Harvey Weinstein, who produced Madonna's film. Madonna even gave Harvey a shout-out when she accepted her Golden Globe for best song. Director Madonna took her film's stars, Andrea Riseborough and James D'Arcy, down the red carpet, which also hosted Julia Stiles and Ivanka Trump.

Madonna's fashion choices tend to make headlines, and with the help of Arianne Phillips, W.E. was nominated for an Oscar for best costume design this morning. Jared treated her to a homemade breakfast of scrambled eggs before the family of three hit the streets of Manhattan together. Ivanka got a head start on her birthday celebrations with a superhero-themed party last week, and the dress-up fun continued when she put Arabella in a pumpkin costume over the weekend. It's Ivanka's daughter's first Halloween after she was just born in July. Ivanka is now doing double duty between work and motherhood.
