Fashion Rocks London and Celebrity Party People

Music and fashion collided again at last night's Swarovski Fashion Rocks concert in London. September's NY Fashion Rocks was a different affair, but last night's party was just as star studded. This one played host for quite the group - from movie stars like Naomi, Liev and Uma to supermodels like Naomi (in her crazy unnecessarily see through dress) and bang-y Kate to musicians like Joss Stone and Iggy Pop. Um, I just hope Uma knew how sheer her dress was when she left the house. The musical invitees performed as couture showed on the runway and the rest of the room enjoyed the show. Must have been an incredible party inside. Talk about the most glamorous of rock star lives. Oh to be a fly on that wall, right?

Christmas Comes Early for Kate Moss and Topshop

Kate Moss launched yet another line for Topshop, this time her Christmas collection (check out a peek at it here), in London last night. Kate was showing off her glamorous new 'do alongside friends like Naomi, Sadie Frost and Jade Jagger. That sequins number is getting me in the mood for the impending holiday party season, but we've got to get through that day at the end of this month first. Kate's come a long way since her 90's days with Calvin Klein, but her early modeling look will always be iconic and according to Fab, that "Heroin Chic" could even make a saucy and sassy Halloween costume. MK Is Not Made of Ticky Tacky

Ugh, Mary-Kate, not the best look ever. So MK didn't look entirely clean at last night's Christie's and Vanity Fair Post-War and Contemporary Art Party in London, but I will always give my girl (in this case begrudgingly) golf claps for staying true to her personal style. Speaking of personal style, or lack thereof, and little MK, definitely check out Casa's post on Westlake District of Daly City, CA, the inspiration for "Little Houses" the Weeds theme song. Little houses, on a hillside, little houses made of ticky tacky. I'm not sure there's ever been a song that has moved from loathed to loved so quickly in my heart. The weekly renditions of it are one of my favorite parts of the show, and the pictures of the houses that inspired it are so fun to see. Yay (and extra yay for MK, because they make her wear color on the show).

Golden Age of Models Celebrate Golden Age Of Couture

Glamor reined last night in London as some of the greatest models ever got together to celebrate at the Victoria & Albert Museum's Golden Age of Couture Party. Eva, Claudia, Elizabeth and Kate all looked simply gorgeous, but my girl Fab wants to know who do you think wins the Battle of Old School Supermodels? New school fashion sweethearts like Agyness Deyn and Thandie Newton held their own on the red carpet against the couture titans. I'm sure Miss Anna Wintour (who Fab got a few glimpses of at NY Fashion Week) would have a thing or two to say about all the beautiful red carpet ladies. Hey, maybe even Kevin Spacey could weigh in on the old school vs. new school models? Ha.

Paris Fashion Week Rolls on With Salma, Diane, and Kanye

The Fall fashion shows continued on in Paris over the weekend, with front row staple Kanye West popping up at lots of presentations and parties. He rubbed shoulders with Anna Wintour at Givenchy yesterday afternoon before celebrating the opening of a new Roberto Cavalli boutique alongside Amber Rose, a fur-clad Diane Kruger, and Rachel Zoe. Earlier today, he and Amber were decked out again for Stella McCartney, who also received some support from her dad Paul and fellow vegetarian Pink. Salma Hayek was out for Stella as well, looking very in love with her new husband Francois just as she did last week at Balenciaga. The shows wrap up on Thursday, so stay tuned to Fab for all the news from the runway until then.

Sienna Joins Mickey and Freida For a Party With Style

The British fashion crew was out in London last night to celebrate each other at the Elle UK Style Awards, the theme of their March issue. Thandie Newton paid some extra attention to Mickey Rourke, who was honored along with Freida Pinto for acting. The issue's cover girl Gwyneth Paltrow couldn't make it to the event since she was still in LA recovering from the Grammy celebrations. The night's big winner was Sienna Miller with the Style Icon award, a title that was last year presented to Kate Hudson. It's some consolation for losing her role in Ridley Scott's Nottingham, especially now that the part is said to be going to Cate Blanchett.

Mary-Kate, Charlize, and Lindsay Will Cross an Ocean to Party

Many an A-lister made the trek to Dubai today to celebrate the grand opening of the Atlantis Palm Resort. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson traveled from London to join Sam's mother Ann Dexter-Jones, while Mischa Barton will show up anywhere there's a red carpet. The eclectic crew, which included Mary-Kate Olsen all draped in white, Gerard Butler, Charlize Theron, and Stuart Townsend, was treated to dinner and an elaborate performance from Kylie Minogue. Only a truly lavish affair would attract so many stars to such a distant place, and it seems like opulent Dubai isn't feeling too pinched by the global credit crisis.

The Hilton Sisters Dig Daggers and Double Dates

Now that Paris is back in LA after playing Good Charlotte groupie for a few months, it's Benji's turn to be arm candy. Last night the couple made it a double date with Nicky and David Katzenberg at the Chateau Marmont for the unveiling of Jade Jagger's Belvedere Jagger Dagger (and yes, it's an actual sword). Paris looks like she went a little overboard reuniting with her tanning salon earlier in the day. Aside from that, these four look pretty happy together - maybe if Nicole rejects Paris' double wedding idea, she can pitch the idea to Nicky and David instead.

It's a Party, A Summer Serpentine Party

Yesterday evening's Serpentine Gallery Summer Party 2007 in London brought out some beautiful faces and gorgeous summer dresses. Thandie looked especially pretty, but then again, she always does. I always adore seeing Josh/Pacey and his ever-fabulous girlfriend, Diane Kruger. Plus, who doesn't love seeing Pierce Brosnan? No one! No one doesn't love Pierce! I wonder if Kim Cattrall leaked any more info on that Sex and the City movie, because that's something she could talk my ear off about with no complaints. Don't you just love seeing such Summer-y parties? Makes me want to throw on a white dress and get outdoors.
