His little sisters, Tabitha and Loretta, however, didn't make it out. The Parker-Broderick clan is celebrating Matthew's first musical role since his Tony-nominated turn in The Producers over 10 years ago. The premiere came after SJP donned vintage Oscar de la Renta to attend the Carnegie Hall Medal of Excellence gala on Monday.

Carrie is coming back to TV this Fall, but not as the character we grew to love on HBO's Sex and the City. Instead, we'll see AnnaSophia Robb play 17-year-old Carrie in The Carrie Diaries on the CW.

Her 10-year-old son James Wilkie Broderick led the way to their car, while SJP followed carrying Loretta, one of her twin girls. It seems baby Tabitha didn't go along for the outing, but she's often seen exploring the Big Apple with mom SJP and Loretta.

Yesterday was a special occasion for the family, as Matthew Broderick's Ferris Bueller Super Bowl ad aired. However, SJP doesn't care for the Super Bowl too much. The actress, who's fresh from filming a small part in Lovelace, said recently, "I can tell you honesty, I will not be watching the football game. I have absolutely no interest. . . How long does [the game] last? Up to four hours? Really? If I had four hours of leisure time, I would watch the first episode of Luck and start the first season of Mad Men or Downton Abbey. You get my point."

Sarah Jessica Parker, wearing a tiered Narciso Rodriguez dress and Manolo Blahnik stilettos, was out late on a school night with her 8-year-old James Wilkie to show their love and support to Matthew. Ben cozied up to his lovely wife, Christine Taylor, on the red carpet while costars Eddie, Casey Affleck, Gabourey Sidibe, and Tea Leoni posed for photos before heading into the Ziegfeld Theatre. The screening brought out a variety of famous faces like Serena Williams, Donald Trump, Doutzen Kroes, and Diddy. Director Brett Ratner moved the afterparty to Stone Rose Lounge where he and the stars of the film partied late into the night alongside Jason Sudeikis and Mary-Kate Olsen.
