Britney Spears has been all about spending time at the pool with her boys over the past few weeks, but this afternoon the trio was joined by family in Miami for their fun in the sun. Jamie Lynn brought along her daughter Maddie, both of them sporting bikinis for the occasion. Even mom Lynne was decked out in a two-piece, while Jamie, Sean, and Jayden splashed around in their trunks. Britney and her boys are down in Florida after their time together in NYC, as she gears up for two dates in the state with the support of the whole Spears clan.

Jamie Lynn Rushes to Casey's Bedside After His Accident

Jamie Lynn Spears had her 10-month-old daughter Maddie on her hip and her mom by her side as she walked through LAX on Friday. Unfortunately, on Sunday she had to rush to Mississippi to be with Maddie's father Casey Aldridge after a car accident early that morning. He suffered mild brain trauma but is stable, and the two other passengers who were thrown from the car when it flipped over weren't badly injured. Casey was charged with a misdemeanor for careless operation of a vehicle, though there is no suspicion that he'd been drinking. Sounds like a scary accident but thankfully everyone involved survived and Casey has Maddie and Jamie Lynn there to help him through his recovery.

Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears were joined by more of the family including Maddie for lunch at Nyla's in Kentwood after their alligator farm visit. Jayden James already seems better after his hospital scare, and Kevin Federline released a statement through his attorney that "as of now" he "won't jump to conclusions" about negligence on Britney's part and that the family reacted well to his allergic reaction. As for her music, a mix of clips from Circus was leaked -check it out below - and the album is available for preorder now as she continues to prepare for her upcoming performances.

Britney Spears brought Jayden James home from the hospital just last night, but today they were already off for a fun-filled day with the rest of the family. Lynne, Jamie Lynn, and Sean Preston were also part of the crowd as they checked out the animals at a turtle and alligator farm. Jayden looked excited about the reptiles from behind the cage, so hopefully he's all recovered and the Spears clan can continue their reunion.

Jamie Lynn Spears had some help from her mom Lynne taking Maddie out to run some errands and stop off for a doctor's appointment in McComb, MS yesterday. Jamie Lynn recently had to deny rumors that she is pregnant again and for now it looks like she's focusing on keeping the baby she has healthy with a checkup. With Jamie out in LA with Britney, Lynne splitting time between her two daughters, and Brit's recent lucky legal turn, there's no big Spears trouble looming on the horizon. Considering Jamie's defense for Britney in her trial was that her real home is in Louisiana, maybe there will even be more Spears family reunion time coming soon.

After a long week of magazine covers, Jamie Lynn Spears took Maddie out shopping at Wal-Mart in McComb, MS, on Saturday. As one of the most valuable celebrity faces of the year, JL is used to the stories and controversy by now, but the second pregnancy whispers aren't going away just yet. In fact, the National Enquirer came out with another story saying that a Spears family member confirmed it. Of course, the source is what it is and Jamie Lynn has denied the validity of the claims, but we'll soon see if there's any truth to the rumors that there's yet another Spears on the way.

Magazine has an interview with JL and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, to deny all the rumors that he cheated on her while she was pregnant. The National Enquirer, on the other hand, is claiming that Jamie Lynn is pregnant again. It says she thought she couldn't get pregnant while breast feeding and that Jamie Lynn and mom Lynne are completely distraught. Britney's Boys Aren't the Only Ones Getting a Birthday Circus
