Diane Kruger led the fashionable parade at last night's screening of the short film Muta, hosted by Miu Miu, in LA. The piece was the second commissioned by Miu Miu in its Women's Tales series and was directed by Lucrecia Martel. Diane was joined by the brand's newest face Hailee Steinfeld as well as Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol costars Jeremy Renner and Paula Patton. It was Jeremy's latest evening out on the town following a Monday spent at the Chateau Marmont with Emily Blunt and John Krasinski. Other stylish stars stepped out for the viewing, like Jaime King, Malin Akerman, and Emma Roberts. The event came just after Diane Kruger's 35th birthday a few days ago. Miu Miu was the designer of choice for many of the ladies yesterday, with Hailee, Emma, and Diane all donning one of its designs.

Jessica Szohr prepped for tonight's debut of Gossip Girl season four by indulging in the Big Apple's latest styles, and later she met up with real-life boyfriend Ed Westwick at Tommy's huge afterparty, which featured a rare performance by The Strokes. As for Jessica's female costars, Michelle Trachtenberg hit FNO and Leighton Meester has also been all over the runway front rows, though Blake Lively took a few days off to promote The Town at TIFF. Kelly Osbourne sat front row next to her fellow Dancing With the Stars alumna Denise Richards at Tracy Reese, and Emma Roberts wore white to watch Monique Lhuillier's presentation of gorgeous dresses. The first screening in the Big Apple was glamorous on Monday evening, and there were so many special moments for SJP to share with her castmates. Kim Cattrall landed before SJP, and she was spotted getting lunch with friends this afternoon. Kristin Davis is also getting settled at her hotel, with Cynthia Nixon being the last of the ladies needed for a complete red carpet roundup. John Corbett and Jason Lewis, though, went in the opposite direction and were spotted yesterday at LAX.

Mental image aside, seeing hot Jason has us looking forward to Sex and the City 2's upcoming release. Jason told us a year ago that he'd be back in the sequel, and we caught a glimpse of him on set in October. His character has competition for Samantha's heart in this movie from Max Ryan, who's OK after a recent motorcycle accident. Stars Keep the Color to a Minimum at Elton's Oscars Party

We've already had one look inside Elton John's Oscars bash, but the fashion highlights came as celebs headed inside the event. Rachel Zoe picked a YSL dress in a simple black, which looks fantastic alongside Chace Crawford's classic tux. Salma Hayek and Hayden Panettiere added a little color to the proceedings, while Victoria Beckham picked a gown from her own upcoming Fall collection.

Mad Men's Christina Hendricks and Glee's Lea Michele stuck with the black theme, each choosing dresses that also incorporated unexpected volume. Kelly Osbourne instead went with a light tone, while Heidi Klum kept things short and sweet. Jason Lewis added a little more sexiness to the proceedings, as Hollywood partied around town at the Governors Ball and Vanity Fair bash as well.
