Kanye West Shows PDA With Kim and Jay-Z Dances to B's Music at Big Cannes Premiere

Kanye West posed with a Balmain-clad Kim Kardashian at the Belvedere-sponsored premiere of his Cruel Summer in Cannes this evening. Jay-Z and Leonardo DiCaprio's pal Lukas Haas were also on hand for the event, which was Kanye's first at the Cannes Film Festival. Kanye said of the production, "It's actually kind of surreal seeing the film come to fruition right here. I can dream one day that this will be the way that one day people will watch movies. I want to change what entertainment experiences are like."

Kim and Kanye spent the day together in the South of France and stuck by each other's side for tonight's bash as well. We spotted them showing serious PDA and kissing throughout the party. Jay-Z, meanwhile, snacked on sushi and bobbed his head when the DJ played Beyoncé's "Love on Top." Some of Jay-Z's own jams provided the soundtrack for the big night as well.

London's DSTRKT club was the spot for Jay-Z and Kanye West's star-studded Watch the Throne afterparty last night. The rappers performed at the O2 Arena before meeting up with their famous friends to celebrate. Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin came out for the bash, as did their pal Stella McCartney. Gwyneth and Chris's kids, Apple and Moses, got in on the fun earlier when they watched the concert with their mom. Rihanna also stepped out to party during an especially exciting weekend since her Battleship hit theaters on Friday. Kanye's girlfriend Kim Kardashian was on hand, along with her brother Rob, who had his girlfriend and Jay-Z protégé, Rita Ora, by his side. It was the second night out for the foursome, after they shared a double date at Zuma last week. Jay-Z and Kanye have three more shows in the UK before heading to Manchester.

Jay-Z Talks Baby Blue and Makes an All-American Announcement

Jay-Z was in the City of Brotherly Love yesterday to announce his involvement with the Budweiser's Made in America two-day musical festival, which will take place over Labor Day weekend. Jay will headline the holiday celebration, featuring 30 acts at Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. The mega-music event will take place Sept. 1 and 2 with proceeds benefiting the United Way.

Jay talked about his involvement with the show, saying, "I'll headline the first night; I'll probably get one of those silly headsets with the thing, just to look important. . . You'll see me with probably a beer in my hand, just enjoying the festivities and the music like everyone else. I'ma try and keep it as normal and simple as possible." Jay also hinted that Beyoncé might join him on stage during his act, "I tried to put it far enough away that she'd have a little gap in her schedule, so hopefully that works."

Beyoncé wasn't the only lady on his mind during his chat with the press. When asked about his return to music and how Blue has influenced Jay-Z's sound and lyrics he responded, "I thought that I would after my daughter was born. I thought I would be more inspired with all the new feelings and everything that I'd have to write about, but it really happened the other way. . . I just really wanna hang out with her. I just wanna enjoy those moments for a bit and I'm sure that feeling of music will come back to me."

Jay-Z Throws Support to Gay Marriage

Jay-Z echoed President Obama's support of gay marriage in a new interview with CNN, saying it's "no different than discriminating against blacks. It's discrimination plain and simple." The rapper has a live-and-let-live attitude on the subject, explaining: "What people do in their own homes is their business and you can choose to love whoever you love. That's their business." While Obama has one of hip-hop's biggest names on his side, reports say that his new position on same-sex marriage is leaving some black churches conflicted. While some pastors kept quiet and a minority expressed support for the president's position at last Sunday's services, others specifically reaffirmed their opposition to gay marriage. Jay-Z was the center of attention last night at the launch party for the new cognac, D'ussé, at the Top of the Standard. He went to the NYC hotel despite the big playoff game going down between the NY Knicks and the Miami Heat. That wasn't a problem for Jay-Z though - the Standard wheeled out a big screen so Jay could watch the action in his VIP area. Beyoncé Knowles didn't join her husband, but her little sister Solange was on hand along with Pharrell Williams and a bearded Jake Gyllenhaal, who politely declined being photographed when he arrived just before 10 p.m. Jay-Z was also treated to a soundtrack of his own greatest hits at the Standard, since DJ Jus-Ske played "Otis" and more for the crowd. Beyoncé and Jay-Z were together on Tuesday evening, when they attended a bash for mutual friend Erica Reid's new book.

Jay-Z, who is a part owner of the New Jersey Nets, is good pals with LeBron James from the Heat. Every year, LeBron and Jay team up to host their "Two Kings" charity dinner. Jay and Beyoncé are back home in the Big Apple reconnecting with their pals after a fun getaway with family. They got away to St. Barts for daughter Blue Carter's first vacation. The new parents aren't strangers to a glamorous escape, and even more pictures from global escapades were shared on Beyoncé's Tumblr.
