Britney Pays Up and Plays With Her Sons

While we're getting excited to see Britney on How I Met Your Mother, Britney's finally getting back into her biggest role of all - motherhood. Britney spent the morning with her boys last week, accompanied of course by her dad Jamie and the court appointed monitor. While she's still not allowed to spend extended amounts of time with her boys, it's heartwarming to see them all together. Things have finally calmed down a bit in the legal sense for the pop star, but she's still paying the price of last year's mess. The court ordered that she does, in fact, have to pay all of Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan's legal fees and her own former lawyer's extravagant expenses. Despite rumors, I still don't think Brit is strapped for cash these days, but hopefully this year will involve less time in the courtroom and more with her adorable boys.

SP & JJ Are Unlicensed Drivers, Just Like Mom!

Pretty cheeky of Kevin to let the nanny push Sean Preston and Jayden James around in their little "cars" the day after their mom lost custody for driving without a valid CA license, right? I mean, it's not like Federline doesn't have a yard. At least they look like they're having fun and enjoying the LA sun rather than just being carted around on another of Britney's shopping adventures. Things are bleak for Brit right now, but a good friend of hers told Us Weekly that the pop star is "optimistic" that this will all be reversed during tomorrow morning's hearing, especially since she only didn't fulfill her court orders due to "scheduling conflicts." Sure. Well, at least that explains her good mood?

Just when things look like they couldn't get much worse for Britney, enter the obligatory sex tape rumor. (Ugh.) InTouch Weekly is reporting that a man Britney met in Hawaii in June is claiming to have a sex tape of himself and Brit. The dude says that he hasn't released it because he is embarrassed about his performance (apparently not that much) and that he made the tape without Britney's knowledge (ass). Hopefully this is just another person who wants to use Brit to get a little attention.

Is Britney's New Ad Believable?

Britney's perfumes have been so successful that Elizabeth Arden has created spinoffs. Curious became In Control Curious, Fantasy became Midnight Fantasy and now Arden is set to launch Britney's latest scent, Believe this October. The ad that Bella has posted has created much debate. The rumor is that Britney's head was photoshopped on the body of a stylist in the picture. A rep for Elizabeth Arden has denied it, saying,

“We recently shot Britney Spears for the print campaign for her new fragrance Britney Spears Believe, in Santa Monica. It is true that Britney did leave the set; however, she returned after a brief time. Cayli was the wardrobe assistant on the shoot. We used her as a stand in so that we could set up the lighting while Britney was off the set. When Britney returned, we shot the national print ad with her. The only person in the national print ad for Britney's Believe fragrance is Britney Spears.”

It's clear if Britney did ever look that good again then she is not working on maintaining it based on these pics of a less toned Spears. At least she's with her cute pants-less boys in matching monkey shirts having some fun with a birdbath. All this innocent play is a better image for Britney to portray considering Kevin filed for more custody. No updates on that front yet, but at least Britney is spending time with her own little men rather than random college boys.

Britney House Hunts & Is Ready To Spill

Britney has been bouncing around LA from house to house for some time now, and it looks like Pacific Palisades may be her next stop. She spent some time looking around at houses with her baby boys over the weekend. We all know how important SP and JJ's opinions are in house hunting, so I guess little Sean is finally ready to part with Malibu. Earlier in the weekend, Brit was in a pretty nasty mood, lashing out at the paparazzi, but she was flashing her smile by Sunday (and even wearing a bra). We won't have to keep guessing about Brit's inner workings for too much longer, she's giving her first tell-all interview since her breakdown to OK! Magazine and it's expected on the stands next week. I'm loathe to admit it, but I can't wait.

Britney Gets Her Boys and Bikini Time Down Under

Jason Trawick was out this morning to pick up Britney Spears's sons Sean Preston and Jayden James from the Melbourne airport. The boys will join Britney for part of her Australian tour, after spending the last week in California with Kevin Federline. Jason took them to Britney's hotel, and they were all later spotted by the indoor pool. Britney sported an orange bikini for the afternoon and managed to sneak in some PDA with Jason. Britney seems to be doing well Down Under, despite her controversial first concert in Perth, as she gets a head start on her Christmas shopping and celebrates the release of her greatest hits album.

Do You Think K-Fed Should Get Paid to Watch SP and JJ?

Britney Spears was in London last night to kick off the European leg of her world tour. She was able to have Sean Preston and Jayden James come along, and she even shared these videos of them dancing at a rehearsal. While she's overseas, Kevin Federline is coming to accompany their sons and apparently he's being paid around $30,000 for June, in addition to his rumored $20,000 a month in child support. It seems like an awful lot of money, so tell us - do you think K-Fed should get paid extra to watch his sons?

Britney Takes Advantage of Her Renewed Joint Custody

Britney Spears and her sons touched down in Las Vegas on Saturday ahead of her two weekend performances in the city to finish up her US tour. Miley Cyrus and Lance Bass both came out to see her Circus and Lance was even treated to a lapdance during last night's show. Britney now has a month off before she heads to Australia for the first time. Britney's 50/50 custody agreement with Kevin Federline has been extended, so she'll have Sean Preston and Jayden James half the time until the arrangement is reevaluated at the end of the year. In Vegas she stopped by a candy store with SP, JJ, and Jason Trawick, so perhaps their romance isn't totally over after all. She also set a world record with her fifth number one album - congrats to Britney!

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick had their hands full early this morning as they carried her sons out of their Melbourne hotel. Sean Preston and Jayden James looked alert despite the early hour, as they accompanied their mom and Jason out for another day of fun in southern Australia. It's been an interesting week or so for Britney following her harsh reviews in Perth and her recent online hacking episode, but she's marching ahead with Jason and her boys as the prepare to move on to Sydney following tonight's performance.

Britney Works While Her Boys Play Before Leaving Paris

Britney Spears took the stage at her final Paris concert last night, showing off her abs in yet another one of her tour costumes before she heads to Belgium for Thursday's show. While she performed, Kevin Federline and his girlfriend took the boys to see Ice Age 3 before playing hide and seek at a Parisian park this morning. Britney is in high demand: after selling out multiple concerts in Australia, she's added more dates down under, while back home we got a peek at her newest set of Candie's ads.
