Gwyneth's Girls' Night Out in London

Gwyneth Paltrow was out and about in London looking amazing in a tiny mini-skirt and Marni platforms. Her first stop of the evening was at a party for Established & Sons, the design company founded by good friend Stella McCartney's husband where Gwyneth met up with Thandie Newton and the entire McCartney clan. Next up for Gwyneth was a trip to Aspinall's casino where Courtney Love was also spotted. From the looks of things, Gwyneth hasn't gained a pound on her culinary tour of Spain - not so surprising since we saw the size of the exercise room in her Hamptons vacation home.

Hugh Going to Liz's Wedding After All

Hugh Grant and Liz Hurley have remained friendly exes which is why we were surprised to hear that he wasn't invited to her wedding. I mean he's even the Godfather to her son Damien. Now it turns out that he's not only invited to the wedding, but also slated to be an usher and make a speech! Wonder if this change of events has anything to do with Hugh's recent break-up with Jemima? She couldn't have been very happy that he was still so close with his ex. Either way, we're happy that he's going. They've been through so much together. It just didn't feel right that he wouldn't be there to share in her big day.

Hugh Returns to Bachelorhood

Hugh Grant isn't as lucky in love as the characters he plays in his films. He and his girlfriend Jemima Khan have ended their three-year relationship. "Hugh and Jemima have decided to split amicably," his publicist told People. What's weird is that Hugh was on The View this morning referring to his girlfriend and how she has made him more stylish. The show was apparently pre-taped but not by that many days so it's amazing how quickly things change. We have a feeling Hugh won't be single too long, but he'll still never really settle down. He is the ultimate serial monogamist/commitment phobe, after all.

Clooney Plays Ladies' Man With Matt's Help

George Clooney was the man of the hour in London tonight and had plenty of ladies at his disposal at the Harper's Bazaar dinner in his honor. Editor Lucy Yeomans played host, while Elle Macpherson, Jemima Khan, and Thandie Newton (or should we say Condoleeza Rice?) were just a few of the lucky women who rubbed elbows with Mr. Clooney. George was gracious enough to let a couple of other guys sneak past the door, and had a little reunion with his buddy Matt Damon. Sarah Larson was noticeably absent from her man's side, but we all know that he's still defending her honor between all the dinner parties.

Glamor reined last night in London as some of the greatest models ever got together to celebrate at the Victoria & Albert Museum's Golden Age of Couture Party. Eva, Claudia, Elizabeth and Kate all looked simply gorgeous, but my girl Fab wants to know who do you think wins the Battle of Old School Supermodels? New school fashion sweethearts like Agyness Deyn and Thandie Newton held their own on the red carpet against the couture titans. I'm sure Miss Anna Wintour (who Fab got a few glimpses of at NY Fashion Week) would have a thing or two to say about all the beautiful red carpet ladies. Hey, maybe even Kevin Spacey could weigh in on the old school vs. new school models? Ha.

Gwyneth's Back Home Before She Gets on the Road Again

Gwyneth Paltrow flashed a smile with Moses snuggled in her arms as the duo took a walk through London yesterday. By night, Gwyn got dressed up and headed out to Harry's Bar for the Jemima Khan for Azzaro Spring Fashion Launch. Gwyn seems happy to be back home with her family, but we're excited to learn more about her travels through Spain with Mario Batali when Spain...on the Road Again premieres next week. Until then, London Fashion Week kicked off today so hopefully we'll be seeing more of Gwyneth as she comes out to keep supporting her friends' projects.

Is Hugh Grant Engaged?

Hugh Grant seems to be known as the kind of man that would never get married. He has always had long lasting relationships, but marriage was too much for him until now. In fact there were rumors that Hugh and his latest lady, Jemima Khan, were actually on the rocks but now the word is they may have us all fooled. People reports:

In a story published Monday in Britain's Daily Mail, columnist Richard Kay reported that Grant got down on one knee on a trip to Barbados six months ago.

"It's one of the best-kept secrets of the celebrity world," he wrote. Sure is. The couple's reps refuse any comment, and friends and family maintain they either don't know or won't say.

Engaged or not, the longtime bachelor, 45, and his lady, 32, seem quite smitten. "They get along marvelously," says a Khan pal, dismissing other recent rumors claiming a rift.

We hope Hugh has found love. He always seems so wonderful in the romantic comedies you would hope his real life would mirror at least one of them.
