Gossip Girl Dives Back Into the New Season's Drama

The Gossip Girl cast was out and about Manhattan yesterday just as the season premiere hit our small screens last night. Taylor Momsen was shooting new scenes while Leighton Meester took a walk with a friend. Jessica Szohr, Chace Crawford, and a freshly tattooed Ed Westwick went to a party at Club Avenue after Chace stopped by Live With Regis and Kelly. Meanwhile, their on-screen characters have returned following their over-the-top Summer vacations, which made Serena a paparazzi magnet while Chuck and Blair spiced up their relationship. Nate has a Romeo-and-Juliet love interest just as Jessica heats up with the secret Humphrey child. There's so much more gadgets, fashion, beauty, and drama to come as the Upper East Siders tackle their first day of college next week.

Chace and Taylor Film While Ed and Jessica Stay in Fashion

The cast of Gossip Girl spread out all over NYC yesterday. Taylor Momsen was dressed up to film alongside Chace Crawford, who was back on set after turning out to support Blake Lively at a screening of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee over the weekend. It was Ed Westwick's turn to get fancy last night, when he joined girlfriend Jessica Szohr at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards. The ceremony tends to bring out fashion's heavy hitters, and Ed and Jess spent their evening celebrating Sophie Theallet's win among models and designers. Meanwhile, last night's WTF moment-filled episode featured the Lady Gaga cameo you were looking forward to, as well the usual gorgeous interiors, beauty, and fashion.

They snuck in and out of the restaurant separately, but their public date helps to quiet all the rumors of trouble in their relationship. Ed's on-screen love life is set to get complicated, but it looks like his real romance is still going strong.

Ed and Jessica Understand the Art of Partying

Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr took a night off from working on Gossip Girl to attend a MAC cosmetics party at an artist's studio in NYC. He spends his days on set getting cozy with Leighton Meester, but when night comes Ed's all about spending time with his real-life love Jessica. While they seem to be going strong, Ed has entered a new phase with another important person - his roommate of two years, Chace Crawford, just moved out of the apartment they shared. Ed recently opened up about his rock 'n' roll lifestyle, but for now at least, his bachelor-pad days are a thing of the past.

Gossip Girl Is Ready For Freshman Year

Spotted, the cast of Gossip Girl reunited and back to work after a quick Summer break. Ed Westwick celebrated his 22nd birthday at Lucky Strike on Friday night with Jessica Szhor by his side before slipping into Chuck Bass's suspenders today. Leighton's been busy working on her music - check out her new video after the jump - but today she put Blair's impeccable fashion sense on display in her floral dress. Blake Lively and Chace Crawford were also seen making their way to the set as the kids get ready to pack plenty of scandal into their first year of college in NYC.

Ed, Chace, and Jessica Make It a Party of Three

Spotted: a handful of our favorite Gossip kids making their way out of a Kings of Leon concert in NYC last night. Jessica Szhor had two dates for the night in Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford, and the trio headed to an afterparty at Club Citrine when the show was over. Chace is Jessica's onscreen boyfriend while Ed is supposedly her real-life man, but there were no signs of PDA among any of the kids last night. Unfortunately, we did get wind of some of their bad behavior - supposedly the kids stiffed their waiter at Brother Jimmy's later that night.

Gossip Girl Crew Isn't Escaping East Coast Cold For College

The kids of Gossip Girl covered up their designer ensembles with big coats as they did their best to stay warm in the midst of some nasty weather on set in NYC yesterday. The college applications started rolling in on last night's episode - via e-mail, of course - and we're curious about how the Upper East Siders will fare outside of their city. In the meantime, we're sure there will be plenty of occasions for the beautiful cast to get all dressed up and cause some trouble before they leave Manhattan behind.

Gossip Girl Heads Back to the Hamptons

The cast of Gossip Girl was back in the Hamptons on Saturday night, but this time it was all play and no work. They got dressed up for an End-of-Summer Bash thrown in their honor by vitaminwater. Blake rocked the Summer whites and Leighton kept it sweet in her innocent dress, while Taylor Momsen was the real attention-grabber in her ultra short mini.
