Jon Hamm, Chris Evans, and More Gear Up For the Super Bowl With NFL Honors

Alec Baldwin played host last night at the NFL Honors in Indianapolis. The city will host the Super Bowl in just a few hours, but yesterday was all about handing out prizes to players not hitting the field tonight. It was the first-ever NFL Honors ceremony, bringing out stars like Jon Hamm, Lenny Kravitz, Chris Evans, Emmanuelle Chriqui, and Katy Perry.

Jon took the stage to present New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees with his Offensive Player of the Year statue, while Chris, Emmanuelle, and Taylor passed out further awards. Alec kept the crowd laughing with NFL-themed jokes all evening. He quipped about the sheer size of the NFL, saying, "It would take 800 years for the Kardashians to date and destroy all of them." Alec even tried his hand at "Tebowing," doing Denver Bronco star Tim's signature move.

Fair or Not: Discriminating Against Men in the Workplace

We often hear of female professionals being discriminated against, but what if it were the men? Jimmy Fallon has recently been sued by former employee Paul Tarascio under the claim that Tarascio was a victim of gender bias. The former stage manager says that he was replaced by a "totally incompetent woman" who was also "less qualified" in 2010. Other male staffers were also replaced by women and Tarascio attributes it to the fact that Fallon prefers taking direction from women, which is what he claims the show's director told him.

It's totally possible that the ex-employee is just bitter, but if it were true, do you think this is just evening the odds for women? Men always come up on top career-wise (just look at the amount of female CEOs in Fortune 500 companies!) and they even earn higher wages in both male and female-dominated industries. Perhaps discriminating against men is the answer to narrowing the gender gap. However, is it fair?

Jimmy Fallon returned to SNL as a host this weekend for the annual holiday episode, and it was one of the best I've seen in a long time. It was great to see Fallon back home on the set, but it was even more fun that so many special guests showed up. Fallon got some help from his old cast members Horatio Sanz, Chris Kattan, and Tracy Morgan for a redux of "I Wish It Was Christmas Today." I immediately wanted to see the old 2001 skit again, so I thought it would be fun to share them with you - side by side! See how much the guys have changed physically (love Jimmy's floppy hair), while their dance moves remain intact.

Zac Efron Brings His Best Holiday Game to Jimmy Fallon

Zac Efron suited up for an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon in NYC last night. Zac was there to talk about New Year's Eve, which hits theaters tomorrow, but the interview took a fun turn when Jimmy asked Zac to play a festive basketball game. Zac and Jimmy went head-to-head in a shoot out, though instead of basketballs they used holiday items like mini Christmas trees. Jimmy ended up winning the match, but Zac was a good sport about the loss.

Zac threw on a tie later in the evening to attend the premiere of New Year's Eve with Jessica Biel, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Sarah Jessica Parker. Zac and Michelle also shared the red carpet at Monday's LA screening, but their costars Ashton Kutcher and Lea Michelle managed to steal much of the attention with their flirtatious behavior. Zac's the one taking the spotlight in our favorite shirtless star of 2011 poll, though, since he's got the most votes behind Robert Pattinson.

Jessica sparkled in an Antonio Berardi embellished black dress, which she accessorized with a Christian Louboutin bag, Rachel Roy heels, and on-again beau Justin Timberlake. Jaime also stunned in a black frock, this time choosing an Oscar de la Renta number with bow-tie accents and feminine tulle. Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, and Jimmy Fallon Laugh It Up and Challenge People's Sexiest at GQ

GQ Men of the Year 2011 Justin Timberlake, Jimmy Fallon, and Jay-Z engaged in a light-hearted and gesture-filled conversation inside the magazine's award ceremony bash at the Chateau Marmont in LA last night. The dapper guys mingled with the crowd and even posed for funny pictures with Justin's date Jessica Biel. On the red carpet Jay-Z was asked whether he and the rest of the men of the year could take down the crew from People's Sexiest Man Alive issue starring Bradley Cooper. Jay responded, "I'll take on the whole entire cast of Parks and Recreation. I'll leave Justin to take care of Glee and Jimmy Fallon could karate-chop the rest of those guys." Jimmy followed up by saying that their one female MOTY Mila Kunis could certainly hold her own, "I think Mila Kunis could take some people out if she wanted to."

Fellow honoree Michael Fassbender smoked a cigar and buddied up to director Eli Roth while Jon Hamm stayed cozy in a scarf and next to his longtime love Jennifer Westfeldt. Michael's acclaimed new movie Shame hits theaters in two weeks and in it he joins the ranks of actors who've gone full-frontal nude in movies.

Jessica Biel stepped out to support her boyfriend, GQ Men of the Year honoree Justin TImberlake, and the rest of the handsome guys who earned the title last night in LA. It was also JT, Jessica, and Jon Hamm's second night in a row partying at the Chateau Marmont, but this time they were joined by everyone from Jay-Z and Jimmy Fallon to OC costars Adam Brody and Ben McKenzie for the star-studded soiree.

Jay-Z was fresh off a week in Miami with his pregnant wife Beyoncé, who was spotted in a bikini for a yacht trip over the weekend. Last night, though, it was all about the guy time as he had an animated conversation with Justin and Jimmy inside the bash. JT is also wrapping up an exciting week since just last Saturday he went to the Marine Corps Ball, and this weekend it's his fellow (wo)man of the year Mila Kunis's turn to attend her military gala.

Ashley Greene Is Game For Anything With Jimmy Fallon

Ashley Greene took a turn stopping by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon in NYC yesterday and while her episode doesn't air until Thursday, it looks like as usual he made sure to keep his guest on her toes. Ashley is making the rounds on the East Coast with costars Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed while Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart take care of premiering Breaking Dawn Part 1 in the UK today. Nikki, Ashley, and Jackson also took care of the Breaking Dawn soundtrack tour, which had stops around the country last week. The whole cast was together Monday night for the big LA red carpet, where Ashley Greene wowed in a red Donna Karen gown. Fans camped out for days to get a glimpse at their favorite Twilight stars at the world debut of the movie, and they only have a couple more days to wait until Breaking Dawn Part 1 finally hits theaters on Friday Nov. 18.

Jay-Z Shares GQ Man Honor With Michael Fassbender, JT, and Jimmy Fallon!

Jay-Z was crowned "The King" for 2011 in the GQ Men of the Year rankings. Joining Jay-Z on the magazine's list were "Breakout" Michael Fassbender and "Showmen" Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon. A lone woman made it into the pages, with Mila Kunis landing the "Knockout" honor. Jay spoke with the publication about the prize and also touched on his work with perfectionist Kanye West on their Watch the Throne. Next year will be an even bigger year for Jay when he and wife Beyoncé Knowles welcome their first child together, and he spoke about their decision to go public with the news and how the little one will fit into their lux lifestyle. Jay-Z said:

Jay-Z on working with perfectionist Kanye West: "I think he just can’t help himself. He puts so much into everything, and he’s like, ‘You have to treat it like I treat it.’ It drives you crazy sometimes - like when you’ve put 75 versions of a snare on one song and he’s like, ‘No!’ and you’re like, ‘Come on, man.’"
On Beyoncé's deciding to announce her pregnancy at the VMAs: "It was actually Bey who wanted to [announce] it. You want to be in control of your life."
