Robert, Kristen, and the New Moon Cast Pause to Party

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner were together for last night's special NYC screening of New Moon along with their many costars. It looks like they split up for the afterparty, though, with Robert and Kristen spotted afterward looking far more casual on their way out of a lounge in the city's Meatpacking District. The official afterparty was held in a different neighborhood at The Box, where Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were spotted making a hasty retreat in the rain. Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, and Peter Facinelli were also there to party with a select group, and he even stopped to pose with fans on the way out. Elizabeth Reaser and Taylor had to rest up for an appearance this morning; he headed to The Today Show, so check his interview out after the jump.

Kristen and Dakota Have Joan on Their Side

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning picked up food and drinks yesterday on the LA set of The Runaways. They were joined by Joan Jett, who's been a constant presence behind the scenes to help Kristen develop her character. It's not all peace and love backstage, as another of the band's founding members, Lita Ford, wants nothing to do with the project. She's mad producers offered her only $1,000 for the rights to her life story, but her role has already been cast and her refusal to participate isn't slowing down production on Kristen and Dakota's film.

Kristen Stewart Works Through the Rumors

Kristen Stewart hung out with Joan Jett again on the set of The Runaways in LA yesterday. It's no big surprise that the pregnancy rumors going around about Kristen are apparently completely untrue but seeing her familiarly tiny frame is further proof. There are also headlines that her supposed romantic relationship with Rob is on the rocks but we'll see what happens once they're reunited after filming their new projects and get to work on Eclipse.

Kristen Stewart was up early this morning to start work on The Runaways in LA. She arrived sporting another item from her rock-n-roll t-shirt collection, before getting into wardrobe and reconnecting with the real-life Joan Jett behind the scenes. Kristen is dedicating a big chunk of her Summer to this movie, but it sounds like most of you are excited for her to reconnect with Robert Pattinson and the rest of the Twilight gang in a few months on the set of Eclipse.

It's gotta be a little intimidating to follow around the rocker herself, but maybe Kristen could use the distraction since she's apparently missing her Robert Pattinson fix. Rob's otherwise occupied with his own movie right now, but we're already looking forward to seeing how a few months of distance will affect their chemistry.

Kristen Stewart has been getting into character for The Runaways in LA all week and yesterday she had a special guest - Joan Jett herself. The duo sported their matching haircuts on set where Kristen was lucky enough to be able to get some pointers from the rock legend she's set to portray. Dakota smiled big when she joined the real and onscreen Joan Jetts. This project might be a little more mature than New Moon, but Kristen is still pleasing the fan base who helped her and Twilight score so many Teen Choice Awards nods.

The Night of Stars Breaks All the Rules

The theme of the night was "The Rule Breakers" and the event honored designers that included Jean Paul Gaultier. Carmen Catches Up Joan Jett at Anna Sui

Carmen is making the rounds at Fashion Week but so far this is my favorite look. Thursday she was front row at Anna Sui and even got some time in with former childhood crush Joan Jett. Carmen obviously isn't bothered at all by the rumors that the two had some sort of lesbian relationship going on. She has probably gotten pretty good at laughing that stuff off!

Kristen Stewart Begins the Process of Getting Back to Bella

It wasn't too long ago that Kristen Stewart debuted her black and mullet-esque Joan Jett 'do, but it's apparently finally time to say bye to the short dark locks. She headed into a Vancouver salon earlier today, as they started changing her hair back into Bella Swan's trademark long mane. It's the same look Kristen was rocking on the cover of Dazed and Confused as well as Entertainment Weekly, and we're excited to see her familiar look return during all the nights out yet to come with her Eclipse castmates.

She had her Joan Jett hair perfectly in place while she filmed scenes including one where she fell on the sidewalk in a familiar Bella-esque move. Across the country in NYC, Robert was rehearsing a scene in which his character gets arrested but luckily neither of the New Moon stars were actually getting into any trouble.
