John C. Reilly and 2007 Comic Heavy Hitters Walk Hard

John C. Reilly was most certainly remaining in character at last night's LA premiere of Walk Hard, even serenading the crowd with his vocal stylings at one point. Also out for the big premiere was his co-star Jenna Fischer in a hot and decidedly non-Pam Beesley dress with some sky-high heels, guess her back is all better. Justin Long managed to stop making out with Drew long enough to make it out to the show and pose alongside one of your favorite comedic actors of the year, Seth Rogen. John Mayer happily looked tall alongside Zac and Vanessa while Will Ferrell kept it cowboy (I feel bad for the person sitting behind him). Not out with all his cronies was Michael Cera, who (somewhat surprisingly) is still winning as your favorite rising star of 2007. It's been a huge year for a lot of these guys, can't wait to see what they've all got up their sleeves (and fantastic pants in Reilly's case) next year.

Will & John Are Fancy Step Brothers

Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly got all fancied up in their tuxedos on the set of Step Brothers. We're already liking this better than the NASCAR jumpsuits they wore for Talladega Nights. Besides, how could we not be on board with a movie that not only raised money for charity, but will feature a cameo by a lucky little boy? Good stuff all around.

Conde Nast Movie Night Rocks the House

Last night at the Kodak Theater Condé Nast hosted Movies Rock which lucky for us will air on CBS next week. The idea was to celebrate film through music with performances by Beyonce, Fergie, John Legend, Tony Bennett, Usher and more. The idea is similar to the Fashion Rocks concert which celebrated Fashion Week and music. This time around Jennifer Lopez proudly showed off her pregnant belly while Fergie continued to amaze the crowd with what looks like a flying performance. The Men and the Women Stay Casual at the Spirit Awards

The women at the Independent Spirit Awards looked beautiful but kept things more casual with their shorter dresses for the afternoon event. Anne Hathaway shined in her off-white dress with feminine details as many other actresses showed off their flirty styles. Cameron Diaz rocked the stripes, as did Michelle Williams in her sleeveless dress with pockets. Mary-Kate stood out with her shoulder pads and long sleeves and the award-winning Penelope Cruz - who had a run in with ex Tom Cruise the night before - look perfect in a frilly hemmed brown dress.

Meanwhile, the men ranged from jeans to suits, but still looked handsome as usual. James Franco didn't manage to shave for the event but wore his pinstripes proudly. Aaron Eckhart, Emile Hirsch and Blair Underwood sported the denim look while Mickey Rourke had fun running around the blue carpet chatting with everyone. Hollywood Gets Independent and Spirited Before the Oscars

Before we were overcome with Oscar mania, lots of stars headed to the Independent Spirit Awards in LA on Saturday. After the exciting red carpet, the show was full of parodies and dance numbers featuring Teri Hatcher, Christina Applegate and Rainn Wilson goofing it up onstage. The Wrestler was a big winner, taking home honors for Best Film as well as Best Male Lead. Mickey Rourke gave an off-the-cuff acceptance speech, dedicated to his recently deceased dog Loki. Other winners like Penelope Cruz and James Franco celebrated with their trophies in the press room. Mary-Kate Olsen and Ben Kingsley were two of the many famous presenters along with Jessica Alba, Lucy Liu and the newly engaged Claire Danes. Elizabeth Banks and a scruffy Bradley Cooper also took the stage to present. This awards show honored films that cost less than $20 million to make but gave the stars a preview of what was to come on Oscar Sunday.

You Could Be Will Ferrell's Big Screen Partner in Crocs

Will Ferrell kept it cas(ual) on the set of Step Brothers in some pj pants and Crocs (ew) over the weekend. In the movie Will and John C. Reilly play competitive step brothers and judging from this wardrobe, it should fit quite nicely in the Will Ferrell Genre. Will was giving The United Way props with his shirt, but he's got another charity close to his heart these days. He is auctioning off a cameo in this movie on eBay with the proceeds going to his good friend's cancer foundation. Aw, there's nothing better than a funny sweetheart and, as he was quick to point out, a big screen moment would make quite the holiday gift. Some face time with Will Ferrell is worth a few cool grand, right?

Fantastic 4, Indy, Ricky Bobby Enjoy Stunt Awards

Some of our favorite action stars got together last night for the 2007 Taurus World Stunt Awards in LA. Though they didn't walk home with any prizes, the cast of the Fantastic Four looked great on the red carpet, alongside genre greats like Harrison Ford. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly were in the house to accept the award for Best Work With a Vehicle in Talladega Nights. Pirates, Casino Royale and Superman Returns also took home awards, but unforch the stars of those films couldn't make the event. As for the real stars they were out to honor, the stuntmen/women and everyone who coordinates those timed explosions, hopefully they got some much deserved praise as well.

Lindsay in Berlin

Lindsay is graduating from her Disney days and working hard on becoming a more reputable actress like the Scarlett Johansson's of the world. Her debut film to make this happen is called 'A Prairie Home Companion.' The film premiered at the 56th Berlin International Film Festival in Berlin, Germany, this weekend. The movie also co-stars Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline, John C. Reilly, and Woody Harrelson.

In other LL news, her ex-Wilmer is supposedly concerned and confused about Lindsay's recent behavior. Here's more:

According to Star magazine, when he heard she slipped and cut her leg on a broken tea cup which I still can't figure out, his response was, "WTF is she doing at Bryan Adam's house?" I know! Like of all us, we were puzzled. We we also puzzled as to why she wasn't dry when she was making the tea? Are his stairs not carpeted? Does he not have a butler to bring the tea up to the room and lastly, why lotion on the bottoms of the feet and where were her slippers?

Wilmer is worried about Lindsay. He said in a direct quote, "Now you know why it [was] so hard to stay with her." Yes, I understand. Wilmer's friend was quoted as saying, "He thinks the girl is out of control, and it's only a matter of time before she goes too far."

Does anyone else think her lip liner looks really weird?
