Johnny Depp was surrounded by fans last night as he left the Tim Burton event at the MoMA in NYC. He headed off to toast Tim further with friends at a bar, but it's Johnny who's celebrating today due to his Sexiest Man Alive win. Johnny is one of Hollywood's classic hotties, but there are lots of other manjoyable men running around who also might deserve the title.

Johnny Depp was out in NYC last night to support his filmmaker friend Tim Burton at a special MoMA exhibit. People magazine came out with its annual issue of the hottest guys in Hollywood, and leading the pack is this year's Sexiest Man Alive — Johnny Depp! He spent last night toasting his great friend Tim Burton at a MoMA benefit, but today all eyes are on Johnny due to his latest accolade. This marks the second time Johnny takes home the title, though he shares the distinction with a few other guys.

Tim Burton was the man of the hour at the MoMA exhibit paying tribute to his amazing work and imagination in NYC yesterday. He had Helena Bonham Carter on one arm and his good friend Johnny Depp on the other as stars came out to celebrate Tim. With fans already excited for Alice in Wonderland, Tim's art lined the walls at the museum.
Johnny Depp Steps Out to Appreciate Art
Johnny Depp has been laying low as usual recently, but he smiled and posed at Frank Pictures Gallery where the work of artists Kellisimone Waits and Tiffany Trenda was being shown in Santa Monica on Sunday. Kellisimone's father, Tom Waits, is a friend of Johnny's and a costar in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. Johnny hit the stage to accept an award and hand one out to Keith Richards at last month's Scream Awards, but otherwise Depp's been hard at work on a handful of movies including the anticipated Alice in Wonderland — check out the awesome new poster for it here!
Taylor, Johnny, Megan & Vampires Make Scream Awards Sexy
The Spike Scream Awards took over the Greek Theater in LA on Saturday night, bringing together the biggest names in Horror, Fantasy, Comics and Science Fiction. Vampires were of course some of the biggest winners of the night and the stars of The Vampire Diaries and True Blood were all in attendance. Kate Bosworth presented a statue to Alexander Skarsgard, amid rumors that there's something going on between them.
Johnny Depp May No Longer Answer to Captain Jack Sparrow
Johnny Depp donned multiple layers while on the set of a music video for the band Babybird in Herts, UK, on Tuesday. He was working alongside the lead singer Stephen Jones and Johnny's Public Enemies costar Stephen Graham. Next up for Johnny was supposed to be a fourth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean, but after Disney studio chief Dick Cook resigned last week, Johnny said he was losing enthusiasm in doing the movie.

Johnny Depp was decked out in plaid as he arrived at the Nice airport earlier today with the singer Patti Smith. He brought along his guitar and a coffee, looking ready to switch from movie to music mode. Johnny Depp Stays Public in France
Johnny Depp made his way out of the Plaza Athenee hotel in Paris on Saturday. He arrived there last week for a premiere of Public Enemies, following his screenings in LA and London. His movie came in third at the weekend box office, which beat projections, and now that Johnny's home in France he can switch his focus from promoting his film back to his family.
