Hollywood Comes Out to Get Lucky in LA

Lauren Conrad hit the red carpet alongside a bevy of beautiful ladies for the Lucky Magazine and Madewell Fall Denim Tour at the Bar Marmont last night in LA. Hollywood starlets from all over TV and film came out to celebrate the new line of denim, although for most of the atendees, short skirts were the dress code for the evening. Kristen Bell looked like the picture of health in her layered look, while Mandy Moore showed of yet another new hair transformation. Rachel Bilson traded in her casual wellies for worn-in black boots, striking a pose after walking the red carpet. Katie Cassidy joined the rest of the ladies as another new episode of Melrose Place aired - though it's still not as scandalous as 90210.

Lovely Ladies of Hollywood Come Out For a Pre-Emmys Party

The Emmys are this Sunday in LA, but that's not stopping the nominees - and even those who aren't up for awards - from starting the celebrations. Entertainment Weekly linked up with the Women in Film organization to host a bash last night at the Sunset Marquis hotel with Audrina Patridge, AnnaLynne McCord, and former Twilighter Rachelle LeFevre turning out for the red carpet. Newly pregnant Jenna Elfman of Accidentally on Purpose struck a pose alongside Jennie Garth, whose husband Peter has been spending his time up in Vancouver working out with Kellan Lutz. Before the big ceremony this weekend, make sure to fill out Buzz's Emmy ballot and enter to win a $1,000 gift certificate to Best Buy!

Eva, Salma and Selena Are ALMA Awards Beauties

Salma Hayek, Eva Longoria and Selena Gomez were three of the gorgeous women dressed in their best for the 2009 ALMA Awards in LA last night. Eva Longoria showed off tons of costume changes as she played host for the third year in a row and this time was joined by George Lopez. Selena Gomez took home a statue for Television Comedy Actress and twittered about her fun night. Salma Hayek, who totally looked like a blast from her past in the headband and short sexy dress, was honored with the Anthony Quinn Award for General Excellence. Salma's BFF Penelope actually won as well but wasn't in the house to accept. The show airs tonight featuring performances from David Archuleta, Nelly Furtado and more.

Eva, Chris, and Emmy Strut Their Stuff at the HFPA Luncheon

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association held its annual installation luncheon yesterday at the Beverly Hills Hotel in LA. Eva Longoria took a break from hosting her own parties to attend, while the secretly-married-but-now-divorcing Emmy Rossum was lovely in white. Teen Choice Action Actress winner Jordana Brewster went to her second big event of the week, looking cheerful in her printed outfit. Stars like Chris Pine and Hugh Dancy were also on hand to accept grants on behalf of various organizations, as the HFPA handed out $1.2 million in charitable contributions.

Celebs Spread Their Wings (Wallets) at the Butterfly Ball

Saturday night was The 7th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in support of Chrysalis, a fundraiser that helps the homeless find jobs and homes. Almost the entire cast of Grey's Anatomy as well as other big names like Ashton and Demi came out to lend a hand for this great cause. Kutcher, who only had eyes for Demi, reunited with some of his That '70s Show costars like the always adorable Mila Kunis and Topher Grace. Also making their first appearance as husband and wife was Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller who tied the knot on Friday. The twosome actually met at the event two years ago. We love when celebs do good and since the event raised over $1 million we couldn’t be more excited to report on it.

Will You Check Out The New Mr. & Mrs. Smith?

Back in February we told you who was cast as the next Mr. & Mrs. Smith for the TV version. The first episodes have begun filming with Jordana Brewster and Martin Henderson in the title roles. We know Brad & Angie's shoes are tough to fill, but we have to admit that this younger, more brunette duo is an interesting change. Jordana Brewster Ready to Fill Angie's Skirt Suit

It's been rumored for a while now that the vehicle famous for bringing together Brad and Angelina, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, was reincarnating itself (and hopefully repeating its success) on the small screen. Of course, B and A themselves are too Movie Star to follow the project, so the big question has always been--if not them, than who? Today, a report surfaces saying that Jordana Brewster has been cast to play the Mrs. half. As the kids say, that's hot. Here's more:

The pilot, which is set to start shooting over the next couple of months, picks up about six months after the end of the film, and follows our typical suburban married couple - who just happen to be undercover assassins on the side – as they struggle to keep the spark in their marriage going, even as they try to save the world.

Brewster, best known for her roles in the films “The Fast and the Furious” and “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre : The Beginning”, has been in talks for quite a few pilots this year – but this is obviously the one that took her interest the most (and probably has the best chance of survival).

Despite being skeptical of all big screen/small screen translations, hopefully they'll be able to find an equally gorgeous man to fill the holster of Mr. Smith, because hell, even if the script sucks there's no harm in a little eye candy.

Kellan Lutz wore his signature gray, while back in the States on a break from working on Eclipse in Vancouver ahead of next week's NJ Twilight convention. Kellan's off-again girlfriend AnnaLynne McCord wasn't in sight, but her 90210 costars Shenae Grimes and Jessica Stroup laughed together on the red carpet in their short dresses. Taye Diggs posed proudly with his pregnant wife, Idina Menzel, while Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter smiled for the cameras as many more celebrities piled in to the party for a star-studded night of style.
