ABC All Stars Pose Hands-on-Hips and Party the Night Away

After spending a long day sitting on panels and fielding questions at the TCAs, the ABC and Disney stars got dressed up and hit the red carpet last night. Despite moving filming to NYC, the Ugly Betty beauties like Becki Newton (get her look here) were representing, even with no America Ferrera. Mixing our medical shows, Kate Walsh hung all over Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence celebrating life back on ABC. Nick Lachey didn't have Vanessa on his arm but looked handsome out promoting his High School Musical reality show. Scrubs Goes Up Against Grey's

The cast and crew of Scrubs celebrated their 6th Season Premiere last night at the Esquire House in Beverly Hills. And despite rumors that this might be Zach's final season, NBC is feeling very confident about the show. So confident that they are putting it up against Grey's Anatomy on Thursday nights.

While most producers would be totally terrified, head honcho Bill Lawrence seems to be keeping his sense of humor about the whole thing. He says, "If NBC is counting on 'Scrubs' then they are sh*t out of luck my friend. First of all, I am a huge TV fan -- Thursday night on NBC should be comedy. Secondly, we're going to think of something to name Zach Braff's character like McSomething -- McWeenie or McCheesy or something." I guess Dr. Cox won't be short of nicknames for JD this season. We like that NBC is going back to their roots with Thursday night comedies but it's going to be hard to choose between Grey's, The OC and Scrubs. The season premiere is November 30th at 9/8 central. Nicole Richie Shows Off Her Pea in the Pod

Although she won't be able to wear the clothes much longer, Nicole Richie debuted her new maternity line at Pea in the Pod last night in LA. She is expecting her second child with Joel this Summer and has remained stylish throughout her pregnancy. Her popular bohemian style is now available in stores for a few months for women who love long, flowy dresses. Check out the line here and what inspired her to design it.

Eva, America, Ashley, and Jessica Shine at the Alma Awards

Last night in Pasadena stars came out to grace the red carpet and stage at the 2008 Alma Awards. Once again, Eva Longoria played host for the night and showed off a few costume changes like she did at last year's awards. Jessica Alba didn't have Cash with her to gaze lovingly like Eva and Tony, but she lit up the red carpet all the same continuing her smiley weekend. America Ferrera took home Entertainer of the Year while Shakira was named Humanitarian of the Year. Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale were on hand to present a special achievement award to High School Musical 2 director Kenny Ortega. Some of our favorite shows like Ugly Betty, Scrubs, Lost, and How I Met Your Mother were also honored at the event, check out the full list of winners here. The show airs Sept. 12 on ABC.

Scrubs Stars On Their Farewell Tour

Last night the excellent cast and creators of Scrubs got together at The Paley Center for Media in LA as part of Scrubs: The Farewell Tour. While it looks like we may never get to see the show's intended finale on our television screens, some lucky fans got to watch an episode of the show with the cast before sitting down for a Q & A session. I'm already getting ready to miss the doctors of Sacred Heart and their zany shenanigans, but at least they'll live on in reruns. Sadly, Sarah Chalke couldn't make it to the event, though I would love to ask her and Zach if JD and Elliot were going to end up together. Now that we may never know, they should answer that, right?

J Lo & Marc's Cantante Comes To LA

J Lo and Marc brought their baby, El Cantante to LA last night to show off to some of their friends. Eva Longoria and Ana Ortiz were among the beautiful women who came out to see the couple retell the story of salsa legend Hector Lavoe and his wife Puchi. I got to see the movie last night and will reserve my opinions for my review on Buzz this Friday, but I will say that Jennifer looked great in her 70s and 80s get ups, not unlike this white number. Also, I might have a problem looking at J Lo and Marc in the same way for a while. Thankfully I think the real Lopez-Anthony union is a lot less self-destructive than their on screen counterparts.
