You can always count on a make-up party to bring out the ladies. Paris, Ali, Sophia and Christina were only a few of the celebs who trotted out in LA Wednesday night to celebrate the wildly popular British Cosmetics Company, Boots (finally) making its way stateside. The girls were looking Spring-y and fresh, but Ali was particularly saucy (check out a slightly less side-booby version of her look here). Kelly's Not Naked Under That Trench Coat

Kelly Osbourne was very covered up in her trench coat at the InStyle Magazine Best Beauty Awards, and now we know why. Last week there were rumors that she was interested in posing for Playboy, but apparently there is no truth in that one. She said, "I don't like being naked, so I don't let anyone see me."

Luella Ladies Love London Fashion Week

Things were looking very dramatic as far as makeup was concerned at the Luella show at London Fashion Week today. Lily Allen decided to go goth with her dark lips while Kelly Obsourne looks like a china doll with her super white powdered skin. Seems a bit more like Halloween than Valentine's Day to us.
