Keri Russell Spends a Brooklyn Day With Baby Willa Lou

Keri Russell and her husband Shane Deary doted on their newborn daughter, Willa Lou Deary, today in Brooklyn. Shane and Keri welcomed Willa four weeks ago, just after Christmas on Dec. 27. Willa's arrival has made Keri and Shane's oldest, 4-and-a-half-year-old River Deary, a big brother. Keri has been able to spend time with her growing family, and skipped out on heading to the Sundance Film Festival to promote her movie Goats. She stars in the picture alongside Vera Farmiga and David Duchovny, both of who went to Park City, UT. It turns out, though, the early reviews of Goats aren't good. However, Keri's got another project in the pipeline with Austenland currently in post-production.

Keri Russell had her very newborn baby girl, Willa Lou, hugged close to her body under her sweater for a walk in Brooklyn, NY, over the weekend. Keri and her husband, Shane Deary, welcomed their daughter just two weeks ago on Dec. 27. Their family outing with Willa of course also included their 4-year-old son River. The little guy held onto his dad's hand and led the way for the walk around their neighborhood. Up next, Keri will appear in Austenland, which is being produced by Twilight's Stephenie Meyer, and is about a woman who is obsessed with literature's most famous leading men.

Keri Russell welcomed a daughter! She and husband Shane Deary just expanded their family with little girl Willa Lou, who makes their 4-year-old son River a big brother.

Willa entered the world just after Christmas on Dec. 27. The family of four stuck close to their Brooklyn home in the run-up to her delivery. We can't wait to see the first pictures of the adorable Russell-Dearys - congrats to Keri, Shane, and River!

Keri's baby bump hasn't slowed her down from enjoying NYC. She and her husband were seen last month showing PDA while watching the US Open in Queens. Keri's also lined up another role, besides mother of two. She will star in Austenland, a film produced by Twilight's Stephenie Meyers about a Jane Austen fan who tries to find the perfect gentleman for herself.

The Entourage star sat in front of the couple for the match, which came just a day before the series finale of the HBO hit aired to mixed reviews. Keri and her husband of four-and-a-half years, Shane Deary, are gearing up for the arrival of their second child. The new addition will make their first, 4-year-old River, a big brother. There's another exciting event on the horizon for Keri, as she's teaming up with Twilight writer Stephenie Meyer on the movie Austenland.

Keri and Shane's first son, River, was born in 2007 and just turned four in June. It's a big week for Keri, since it was also announced that she will be starring in a new romantic comedy, Austenland, produced by Twilight's Stephenie Meyer.

Keri Russell, Shane, and River make a picture perfect trio out and about near their Brooklyn home and it will be exciting to see their family expand. Congrats to the adorable and growing Russell-Deary family!

Twilight's author is about to sink her teeth into Jane Austen. Stephenie Meyer will produce Austenland, with Keri Russell attached to star in the indie romantic comedy. Russell will play a woman obsessed with one of literature's most famous leading men, Pride and Prejudice's Mr. Darcy. Since no real man can measure up to the fictional character, she goes to a Jane Austen-themed resort where visitors dress and act the part of Austen characters. Jennifer Coolidge, Jane Seymour, and Flight of the Conchords's Bret McKenzie will also costar, and Napoleon Dynamite cowriter Jerusha Hess is set to direct.

With this project, Meyer takes the leap to producing the material of others (she has served as producer of the Twilight films). However, she may still be somewhat in her comfort zone, since this is another book-to-movie project: Austenland is an adaptation of Shannon Hale's novel.

Keri Russell checked in for a fight out of LAX on Thursday with her Filson carry-on. The Big Apple-based star was off tending to business on the West Coast, hopefully working on new projects after her last series, Running Wilde, was cancelled last season. She has a big screen project hitting theaters in the coming months. She stars in Goats alongside David Duchovny, though no release date has been set just yet. Keri has lots to do back home with her boys Shane and River. Elle Decor gave a peek inside Keri Russell's Brooklyn home in their June issue, in which the actress credited her handy husband Shane for handling the bulk of their renovation.
