The annual event celebrates the magazine's rankings of the worlds best destinations, hotels, and more. Kristin Cavallari and her fiancé Jay Cutler escaped to Cabo San Lucas over the weekend. The couple were spotted relaxing by the pool at their resort with friends on Saturday after arriving in Mexico on Friday. They traveled south of the border to attend pal Kendhal Beal's wedding. Kristin, who was a bridesmaid, covered her baby bump in a red dress for the wedding rehearsal on Friday and kept her growing belly covered up during her afternoon in the sun. She wore a black cutout swimsuit to hang alongside shirtless Jay, and when they weren't chatting with pals, Kristin read a book in her lounge chair. Kristin announced her pregnancy in January, and since then, Kristin has shared her cravings for cupcakes and tacos on Twitter.

If you're a social creature who enjoys a glass of wine, it can be hard to hide a new pregnancy from your pals. Go out to dinner and skip ordering a glass of wine or stop by a party and stick to water, and you might as well be wearing a sign that says, "I'm knocked up!" I told people I was pregnant when I was only eight weeks along for this very reason.

But if you're not comfortable telling your girlfriends your big news until your first trimester is over, it can be a conundrum, one that some women solve by drinking faux booze. (Pomegranate juice makes a great fake red wine, by the way).

While both Kristin and Hilary reflect the national average age for women to become first time moms - it now stands at 25.1 years old - they certainly aren't the norm for celebs, many of whom wait until their 30s before they have a baby. Molly Sims is expecting a honeymoon baby at age 38 with hubby Scott Stuber. Jessica Simpson will welcome her firstborn at age 31, and Beyoncé became mom to Blue Ivy at 30. Kristin and her fiancé Jay Cutler released a statement regarding the happy news. They said, "We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together.
