Lauren Conrad Works Out to Get a ModelBody

Although we're not sure if Lauren Conrad has ditched trainer Jarret Del Bene for good, she is spending time with someone new. With the help of ModelBody trainer, Shaun Horner, Lauren's been changing up her fitness routine. Shaun has worked with other Hollywood notables like Jesse Metcalfe, using personal training sessions, supplements, seminars, and retreats to give his clients a complete body makeover.

It looks as if the Kardashian sisters aren't the only Hollywood starlets incorporating supplements into their fitness regimen - Lauren's specially designed program from ModelBody also includes its line of signature products. Although I couldn't find an ingredient list, the ModelBody website describes the supplements as a "lifestyle system that not only quickly reduces body fat and builds tone, but is also supercharged with ultrapremium antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals for vibrant hair, skin, and nails."

When it comes to workouts, Lauren isn't getting off easy - "ouch" is the word she used to describe a recent two hour training session. As for the details, Shaun says he's taking Lauren's "body to the next level by incorporating customized superset resistance routines with high intensity interval training." The pair has been spotted lunging together at the swanky Sofitel LA gym and spa.

Even though we're missing her on The Hills, Lauren Conrad is keeping busy. Last week the reality star launched her LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's line in LA. The affordable "California-inspired" line is filled with cute separates like jeans and knit tops but there are also a few pieces that would look great in a yoga and Pilates studio too. These pieces are on sale now and we're loving how affordable the prices are - nothing shown here is over $25!

I am thinking the tank and leggings would look lovely on a Pilates Reformer layered with either shirt for walking to and from class. What about you?

The Hills Girls Think Pink For Legally Blonde

There was no shortage of Elle Woods' signature color pink at a special MTV taping of the musical version of Legally Blonde in NYC yesterday. The ladies of The Hills put on their party dresses to host the pre-show event. Audrina showed off her super toned arms and LC kept it simple in her LBD. Whitney got right into the pink spirit in a dress that Beyonce showed off in July. Looks like Heidi and Spencer couldn't make it to the big event, but Heidi must be really busy these days with her fancy new job and all.

LC & Audrina's Truth & Time Tell All

LC & Audrina were in Toronto last night at the MTV Canada The Hills after show to dish about the latest drama filled episode. As usual, Lauren looked cute in her Nanette Lepore dress that Fab can tell you all about. I'm still undecided on whether LC is too judgmental of her friends' men, or if JustinBobby is really just a huge asshat who happens to be good looking. Do you think LC is overstepping her boundaries? Meanwhile, the bright side of last night's episode was Heidi kind of standing up to Spencer, or at least to his graffiti wall. Though Spencer was none too pleased at the idea of compromise. This week I paid better attention and scored a 4 out of 5 on Geek's The Hills Tech Quiz -- how well can you do?

Lauren Conrad Takes Her BlackBerry Everywhere

We all know that Lauren Conrad, better yet known as LC on Laguna Beach and the Hills, is a cell phone junkie- c'mon, when isn't she glued to her phone?! In Laguna it was the LG clam cell and now in the Hills she has upgraded to the BlackBerry 8700. Just like her Kabbalah bracelet, her BlackBerry has become a staple accessory in her wardrobe! Whether it be at PR events, clubbing with Heidi or attending star-studded events with Audrina, Lauren is always carrying her phone. As long as she's not texting or calling Jason, I think I'm ok with it.

Dolce & Geisha Party with Reality Stars

Another night, another event full of reality TV stars promoting something. This time the Dolce and Geisha House Restaurants had a CD release party in LA. The Hills alums Heidi and LC made an appearance along with LC's ex Brody. Wonder if that was an awkward encounter since their split. Nicole, LC, Brody, DJ AM Oh My!

Oh what a night. Looks like there really are only a few limited places to hang out in Hollywood. Nicole apparently went out with her girlfriends this weekend and she ran into Brody and LC, and her ex-fiance DJ AM in the same room. And it sounds like LC was rubbing the whole thing in Nicole's face. Here's more:

Nicole arrived around 10:30 p.m. with several girlfriends and was handling the situation well…until LC’s “in-your-face friendliness” became too much, an eyewitness tells LifeandStylemag.com. Nicole broke down in tears and, says the eyewitness, sobbed to a friend, “LC just keeps saying hi to me over and over again. I can’t stand it! It's like she’s rubbing it in my face. Just leave me alone!”

Nicole eventually found solace in DJ AM, who was spinning at the party. “Nic went up to his booth and got a big hug,” says the eyewitness. “They whispered to each other, and DJ AM was able to turn her night around. By the time she stepped away from his DJ booth back into the crowded club, she was all smiles again.”

While Brody may not have intentionally been trying to stir up tension with Nic, he couldn’t keep his affection for LC on the DL as he cuddled and kissed her for all to see.

So it sounds like DJ AM really saved the day and was there for Nicole. But they won't be getting back together anytime soon... AM has moved on with Michelle Trachtenberg. Hollywood is so just like high school. To see more pics of Nicole out with her girlfriends, just

So, Brody's like so moving on from one Laguna Beach blonde to another! Since Brody broke up with Nicole last week, the rumor was that Brody would find his way back to Kristin Cavallari, but he apparently has gone for her number one enemy instead... LC aka Lauren Conrad! This is way better than the 3rd season of Laguna Beach MTV is airing right now. Kristin must be so pissed, but then again who knows, she may be back in Brody's arms again next week. Or is she still going for Nicole's ex DJ AM? It's so hard to follow the real-life high school drama. Check out LC who can't seem to keep her hands off Brody while the couple were hanging out at Mel's Diner - how romantic.
