All sorts of on screen Bob Dylans (but not the man himself) came out for a screening of I'm Not There in NYC last night. Three of the movie's Bobs — Richard Gere, Heath Ledger and Marcus Carl Franklin — met up on the red carpet, while Adrian Grenier just paid homage to the iconic artist with his big hair. Elle Macpherson looked like a rock star herself with her hot leather jacket.

Elle's gorgeous women of Hollywood celebrated themselves last night, but the night was about more than just showing off their red carpet looks. As each of the ladies took their turn at the podium, they expressed their gratitude for the award, their thoughts on Hollywood, and their sense of admiration for their fellow winners. Here are highlights:
- Lauren Bacall: "It's great that the focus is on women, who are functioning, who are all working, who are productive.

Cate Blanchett headed to NYC for a screening of Elizabeth: The Golden Age, and this time she went for a basic black dress unlike the bright blue one. A bunch of big names from the fashion industry like Michael Kors and Zac Posen came to check out the film and its extravagant costumes. The movie is a sequel to Elizabeth, and Cate recently talked about what it was like to get back into character almost 10 years later.

Cate Blanchett celebrated the NY premiere of her latest film Notes on a Scandal. Looks like she decided to take a page out of Gwen Stefani's book when it came to her uberstyled bangs. It's a style that dates back to the late 80s but Cate is really able to pull anything off.

Milk arrived in NYC last night with all its handsome stars out for the red carpet. Details helped host the event and recent cover boy Chace Crawford got dressed up and his usually shaggy hair was perfectly coiffed to attend the screening. Downtown from his grad school in the Upper West Side, Columbia, James Franco let both his hair and facial hair look a little more unruly, but he can certainly pull it off.

Ethan Hawke, Marisa Tomei and Philip Seymour Hoffman hit the red carpet and after party to celebrate the premiere of their new movie Before the Devil Knows You're Dead. Seeing Marisa and Ethan feels like a blast from the past, but we've got to give them credit — Marisa's pocketed dress is fab and Ethan cleaned up well (finally). Sheryl Crow also stopped by to check out the movie before she hit the Keep a Child Alive Black Ball.

Jennifer Hudson, Linda Evangelista and Kerry Washington were just a few of the fashionistas that celebrated at the Fashion Group International's Night of Stars in NYC on Thursday night. The theme of the night was "The Rule Breakers" and the event honored designers that included Jean Paul Gaultier. He described it best when he said, "[The rules] are only the reflection of what’s happening in life, in society, so there are no real rules in fashion.” The ladies of the event showed just that with their varying looks, so which rule-breaking look is your favorite?

Last night Vantiy Fair helped kick off the Tribeca Film Festival with a party attended by a variety of big names. Robert De Niro and David Bowie were among those who flashed big smiles for the cameras, but apparently there is a fair amount of tension between these two under the surface. It seems that De Niro is not a big fan of Bowie's High Line Festival, which is set to start just three days after Tribeca ends and is catered towards a younger crowd.
