SJP, Cindy, Heidi, and More Get Glam For amfAR's NYC Gala

Last night's amfAR gala in NYC brought out a roster of celebrities and models to toast the AIDS-fighting charity on the eve of Fashion Week. Fall 2012 Fashion Week begins today, but there were plenty of gorgeous gowns on display yesterday. Host Sarah Jessica Parker donned a pink Oscar de la Renta gown, which she paired with a leather motorcycle jacket and white gloves while posing for pictures. Leighton Meester broke from filming Gossip Girl to hit the carpet in Louis Vuitton, while other ladies like Julianne Moore, Cindy Crawford, and Elizabeth Hurley wore Roberto Cavalli. Even Leonardo DiCaprio's current squeeze, Erin Heatherton, stepped out in Cavalli. It was Heidi Klum's first public event post-split from husband Seal, and she too wore Cavalli.The guests were treated to dinner, an auction, and performances from Theophilus London and Janelle Monáe.

Love was in the air on the set of Gossip Girl in NYC yesterday. Leighton Meester and Penn Badgley kissed during a scene on the Upper East Side while Chace Crawford and Ella Rae Peck had their own intimate moment for the cameras on the Big Apple streets. Blake Lively wasn't spotted in character, but she's been busy with the series while her boyfriend Ryan Reynolds has been promoting his new movie overseas. Ryan and Blake will have a chance to reunite since Ryan's press tour for Safe House heads to NYC this week. Of course, not everything on Gossip Girl is what it appears to be (this could very well be a dream sequence), but the show's writers have skirted this romance for long enough, so we're choosing to believe in it. Blake Lively and Leighton Meester Get Snap Happy on the Gossip Girl Set

Blake Lively captured a few pictures of Leighton Meester on her iPhone during a scene for Gossip Girl in NYC today. The costars were back on set after a late night of filming yesterday. Both ladies were wearing brightly colored wrap scarves with Blake in White + Warren and Leighton in Autumn Cashmere. Blake brought Ryan Reynolds's dog to the evening shoot, but there was no sign of the actor. Blake and Ryan spent last weekend in the Big Apple, where they met up with Blake's sister and her husband for breakfast.

It's been a fun few months for Blake and Ryan, who are just one of many cute new couples this year. They're heading into their first festive season together, and if their Thanksgiving getaway to Utah is any indication, they might spend the upcoming holidays together at well.

Blake Lively didn't have the company of boyfriend Ryan Reynolds on set yesterday, but she was accompanied by his best friend! Ryan's dog was by her side as she finished up work on NYC scenes for Gossip Girl last night with costar Leighton Meester.

It seems Ryan has been in the Big Apple with Blake, since the duo were photographed heading home following brunch on Saturday. Blake and Ryan are among the cutest new couples of 2011, and they're each looking forward to another big twelve months - 2012 will bring new movies to the big screen for both. Blake will have her Oliver Stone-directed Savages out in September, and Ryan's Safe House will be in theaters February before The Croods hits in March.

Blake Lively wore Marchesa and posed with young actress Chloe Moretz on the red carpet in NYC last night to celebrate her series Gossip Girl making the 100 episode mark! The bash was held at Cipriani Wall Street, and many of Blake's small-screen costars like Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, and Penn Badgley also attended. Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle did as well. The latest Gossip Girl episode was as full of drama and OMG moments as back when the show started in 2007. The Upper East Siders have come a long way since then, though, with recent pictures from the set showing Leighton's Blair Waldorf as a runaway bride! Congrats to the cast on their latest big accomplishment.

Leighton Meester didn't look quite like an overjoyed blushing bride as she ran into the streets shooting a wedding scene on the set of Gossip Girl in NYC on Monday evening. Leighton's character Blair Waldorf appears to have chosen a strapless gown and sparkly tiara for her own royal wedding, though perhaps it's one of her character's frequent dream sequences instead of her actual big day. Blair faced yet another emotional crossroad during last night's "The Big Sleep No More" episode and despite an advancing pregnancy she's yet to show much of a sign of a baby bump in her fashionable outfits. We're still yet to see what happens with Blair and her men - Louis, Chuck, or Dan - though in her actual life Leighton manages to largely stay out of any public drama.
