Kristen Stewart Goes Sexy For Love Ranch Premiere!

Kristen Stewart stepped out in sky-high heels and an Azzaro dress this evening at the LA premiere of Love Ranch, which features her The Runaways costar Scout Taylor-Compton. Robert Pattinson, meanwhile, wrapped a day on set with his new leading lady, Tai the elephant. Kristen, Rob, and the rest of the cast will be hitting the red carpet again tomorrow for Eclipse - we'll be there too, so follow us on Twitter for all the updates! Kristen is just back from a week in Europe with Taylor Lautner. where they took care of press duties in places like Stockholm and Berlin. During the deluge of interviews, we shared our chats with Kristen and Taylor from their LA junket earlier in the month. Fab also looked back at Kristen's style evolution, and we're excited to see what she wears for tomorrow's huge Twilight saga event!

Movie Preview: Helen Mirren and Joe Pesci Run a Love Ranch

What do you get when you mix two Oscar winners and a brothel? Meet Love Ranch, a 1970's-set drama directed by Mirren's husband, Taylor Hackford. Maybe it's the era-appropriate prostitutes, Reno setting, or boxer-subplot, but there's something very Scorsese-esque about the whole thing. It looks heavy and colorful, and like some possible award-bait for Pesci.

Variety has the news that Fox has ordered fewer scripts of Amy Sherman-Palladino's new comedy series, The Return of Jezebel James.
Zap2It reports that Helen Mirren will star alongside Joe Pesci in Love Ranch, a movie about a legalized brothel in Nevada.
EW has the scoop on George Lucas' live-action Star Wars TV series.
According to Billboard, Led Zeppelin's music will finally be available digitally as of November 13.

Braised White Beans

The braised white beans pictured below aren't just legendary; they also happen to be totally vegan. Thanks to Fresh Tart for sharing.

These may look like ordinary white beans but they're actually the cool-girl beans in town, swooned over on Twitter, gossiped about on Facebook, photographed and copied and seriously in demand. I'd love to take credit for the fabulous recipe but no, these are via Chef Adam Vickerman of Cafe Levain, who now has the lady food bloggers in town batting their eyelashes over beans.

The flirtation began last spring, at a California Olive Ranch-sponsored dinner at Levain. As the beans were served, an audible murmur went through the room as the ladies realized that the delicious dish was not only vegetarian but vegan. I myself was inspired and without asking Adam for his recipe, made my own version of braised beans with rosemary and arugula when I wrote about the event.

Ivy and Scott's DIY Carnival Wedding

Creating an imaginative DIY wedding came naturally for video editor Ivy Calhoun and graphic designer Scott Gardenhire. After bumping into each other at several magazine parties, the two eventually became a pair. Four years later, they decided to get hitched and settled on a Spring wedding in early May 2011.

After their initial venue choice fell through, they called on wedding planner Kendra Pfeiffer-Wershing for help finding a last-minute venue. Unsure about whether or not they could afford to hire a planner, Kendra assured them that she could save them money in the long run. After she suggested Stone Barn Ranch in Sheridan, CA, Ivy and Scott's interest piqued. The new venue not only surpassed their checklist of requirements, but was also more than 30 percent lower than the price of their original venue and even included some equipment rentals. After scheduling an appointment that day to pay the ranch a visit, they fell in love with it immediately and hired Kendra right away.

Inspired by the scenic country setting and their favorite junk food snacks, Ivy and Scott decided to put their artistic skills to work by creating a colorful, insanely fun, DIY carnival wedding. Burning Question: What Exactly Is Ranch Dressing?

Ranch dressing happens to be the number one selling salad dressing in the United States since 1992. But what exactly is this creamy concoction that we seem to love to pour all over salads, pizzas, and wings?

The dressing, which started out as a simple buttermilk-based dressing enjoyed by cowboys, was made popular when Hidden Valley Ranch began serving and selling the dressing in 1952. Ranch is essentially a combination of sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, and/or buttermilk (which accounts for its high fat content) mixed with various seasonings, like fresh herbs and garlic powder. With ingredients this simple and straight-forward, ranch dressing can be made at home with the seasonings adjusted to your own taste buds!

Thomas Haden Church may play the role of Matt Damon's overly concerned brother in We Bought a Zoo, but we learned that the actor is actually the proud owner of a fully functioning ranch in real life! No stranger to working with animals, Church spoke at a recent press day for the movie in NYC about the unpredictability of acting alongside zebras, ostriches, and even a 900-pound bear on the set. He also talked about one of his human costars - Matt. The two share a great brotherly chemistry on screen, and Thomas said they bonded easily over their shared love of "guy stuff" like football and cowboy movies. Lots of moms like to think out loud, and MiaFT is one of them. This is an excerpt from one of the latest posts on her Baby Love blog.

If you're a mother, then obviously you have heard of Dr. Sears. But did you know that he now makes snacks and supplements for kids? We were lucky enough to be able to try the Popumz. They are 100 percent natural whole grain crisps, and they have all of the important stuff like fiber, protein, and Omega 3. At first I was skeptical, because they look like those rice cakes for dieting. I wondered how they could be healthy and tasty? So of course I had to have a taste, and they really were yummy! Audrey inhaled the chocolate and vanilla flavors!

They also have BBQ, cheddar, and ranch, which are a great alternative to giving Audrey potato chips. She loves them just as much, and that's because they taste exactly like chips! They are really good, I could have eaten the whole bag myself!

Even though they are healthy, they are really delicious! Dr. Sears also makes snack bars, drink boxes, and even vitamins!
