Leo and Erin Escape to Mexico For a Pre-SAG Awards Getaway!

Leonardo DiCaprio popped up in Mexico on Wednesday with girlfriend, Victoria's Secret model Erin Heatherton, and his best friend Lukas Haas. The getaway comes as a welcome break for Leo, who's been swamped with award-season appearances. Leo's starring role in J. Edgar earned him a nomination in the best actor category at this weekend's SAG Awards, though he'll have to beat out favorites George Clooney and Brad Pitt to take home the statue. Jessica Alba shopped with her youngest daughter Haven yesterday, then linked up with Cash Warren for a night at the Staples Center. Jessica and Cash were just a few of the celebrities that checked out Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne concert including Leonardo DiCaprio's pal Lukas Haas, George Clooney's girlfriend Stacy Keibler, and Ashley Tisdale. Jay-Z and Kanye will be back on stage for another LA show this evening before heading north to perform in San Jose tomorrow.

Beyoncé Knowles has been traveling with her husband on the tour and the duo shared couple's time during their stop in Las Vegas over the weekend. Jay-Z and Beyoncé saw Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour together on Saturday, though after the performance Jay-Z continued his Sin City night without his pregnant wife. He partied with friends at Tao, where he was apparently introduced by a six-piece marching band.

Leonardo DiCaprio joined pals Lukas Haas and Ethan Suplee for a sightseeing walk along Sydney's Bondi Beach earlier today. Leo and his friends chartered a private jet for their return to Australia, where Leo's been filming The Great Gatsby, after Leo celebrated his birthday with Victoria's Secret models in NYC over the weekend. Leonardo reportedly partied with Alessandra Ambrosio, Izabel Goulart, Ana Beatriz Barros, and Karlie Kloss as well as buddy Bradley Cooper. Leonardo's 37th birthday fell on Friday, which also happened to be the opening day for his latest film, J.Edgar. Despite an engaging performance by Leo and an all-star cast the Clint Eastwood directed project took the fifth spot at the box office during its opening weekend.

Leo accompanied Blake east to the Big Apple, where production is under way on the upcoming season of Gossip Girl. They were last together out in LA so she could focus on her current big-screen project, Oliver Stone's Savages. He's able to travel with Blake during a break in his own shooting schedule.
