Eva Mendes looks glamorous in a jeweled top on the cover of Marie Claire's March issue. The actress has been busy with multiple projects, including Girl in Progress, which hits theaters in April, and Holly Motors, though much of her headline making is due to boyfriend Ryan Gosling. The duo worked together on The Place Beyond the Pines last year and have been spotted sharing romantic dates in Paris, Disneyland, and around LA since. Eva touched on working with Ryan, her own insecurities, and how she gets her glowing skin. Here's more from Eva Mendes in Marie Claire:

On working with Ryan Gosling: "He’s your dream costar. I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film."
On her diet and workout routine: "I run four to five times a week, mixing it up among distance running, intervals on a track, and running uphill on a treadmill. I don't eat meat and stopped eating chicken - my skin has gotten a lot better."
On her body image: "What I tell girls is what they don’t like about themselves now, they will probably end up loving as an adult, because that’s what happened to me. When I am complimented on things that I didn’t like when I was 13, like my overbite and my mole, that’s when you realize that your imperfections are why people love you."

Angelina Jolie on Brad Pitt - "He Is Not Just the Love of My Life, He Is My Family"

Angelina Jolie covers Marie Claire's new January 2012 issue. The director of In the Land of Blood and Honey spoke with the magazine about her first-ever time behind the camera, then segued into more personal topics. Angelina spoke about how Brad Pitt is more than just the love of her life, and also said she "could end up pregnant" and further expand their family. Additionally, Angelina spoke about how she's really a homebody and doesn't have too many female friends. Angelina Jolie told Marie Claire:

On her bond with Brad: "[Brad] has expanded my life in ways I never imagined. We built a family. He is not just the love of my life, he is my family. I hold that very dear. I suppose what I’ve learned from Brad is to be able to have the kind of family whose happiness and well-being comes before your own. I’m very, very grateful to have such a loving family, and I wouldn’t have that without him."
On directing so many women in her movie: "It was nice for me to play with other girls; I don't really have girlfriends in movies, if you've noticed . . . Well, I have a few girlfriends. I just . . . I stay home a lot. I'm just not very social. I don't do a lot with them, and I'm very homebound."

Katie on her future plans: "I feel ready... for the next chapter of my life. I’m excited to begin a new phase: roles I might have been afraid to play before, places I want to travel to with my daughter. I’d like to build the design business. But not too fast."
Katie on simplifying her life: "I’m thinking about getting rid of [my mobile phone]. Wouldn’t it be great to have an old-fashioned phone sheet? Go to your office, make your calls, and then continue with your day?"
On Suri having famous parents: "Being around this business, my daughter is exposed to people with incredible talent, people who are the best at what they do. People I only dreamed of getting to work with as a little girl."

Reese Witherspoon graces October's Marie Claire cover. Inside the magazine, the actress got personal, opening up on her divorce from Ryan Phillippe and her new husband Jim Toth. Reese recently returned home to LA after vacationing with Jim and her kids Ava and Deacon in Hawaii. It was off in the tropics that Reese showed her stomach tattoo, which apparently represents her new life and love. She reflected on her life between marriages in her interview, and said things feel easier now that she has Jim by her side. Here are some highlights:

On single parenthood: "I was hard on myself when I got divorced. And until I got remarried, I don't think I realized how stressed I was. I feel so much relief. I don't think I realized how stressed I was being a single parent. It was really, really stressful. It's not easy on anybody."
On marrying Jim: "I got lucky. I did. I got very lucky, and he's so wonderful with the children. I'm very blessed."
On feeling braver after 30: "I always had a lot of confidence when I was younger, and then I think I got a little nervous in my 20s. But now I feel better. Now I'm in my 30s, totally better. A little more confident again. Not as scared."

Sarah Jessica Parker posed for Marie Claire's 2011 September issue in a bold, colorblocked dress. The actress's latest movie, I Don't Know How She Does It, hits theaters the same month. The comedy, which also stars Christina Hendricks, Pierce Brosnan, and Busy Philipps, tackles the challenges that working moms face as they try to juggle it all. It's a theme SJP can relate to as a mom of three and a movie star. She talked about striking a balance in her working and personal life in the magazine and also shared some of the ways she maintains a sense of normalcy despite her celebrity status. She said:

On why she never wanted fame: "I never wanted to be a celebrity; I never wanted to be famous. And in my daily life, I work really hard to not trade on it in any way. I am so desperately worried about anybody saying, 'She cut in line' or 'She took our table' or 'She got out of jury duty' or 'She doesn't do her own grocery shopping.' The things that bother me are counter to who I am and the way I live. It's not like it's hard to be decent and respectful and well-behaved. I do wait in line, and I do take the subway, and I do do my own grocery shopping, and I do take the kids to school."
On balancing her many commitments: "I love, love, love being an actor. It's still the hardest and scariest thing I do, outside of parenting. But I've always been someone who likes a busy day. I love the opportunities, and if I can manage my time and the children are okay and we're okay, it's hard to say no."
On protecting her marriage to Matthew Broderick: "We don't talk about our marriage a lot, which is probably wise. There are so many other things in our lives that take precedence over the splitting of the atom of our marriage."

Jennifer didn't talk much about her personal life with the magazine, but she did speak about her love of interior design and even cars. Jennifer Aniston told Marie Claire:

On how she spent her first paycheck: "I spent my first paycheck on a vintage Mercedes. I was struggling a little in New York, working as a waitress at Jackson Hole, but not really getting any consistent acting work. Then I moved out here to Los Angeles, and I started getting pilots and working pretty regularly. I still didn't make any decent money until I got on Friends."
On what she'd do if she didn't act: "If I weren't an actor; I'd be: Maybe an interior designer. I love seeing a house and thinking about how it should be redone or restored. Ginnifer also has a wedding in her near future and shared her excitement about starting a family with her fiancé, Joey Kern. The costars further discussed Hollywood's beauty standards and staying in shape, with Kate chatting candidly about her struggle to shed her baby weight after Ryder's birth. Here are some highlights:

Kate on how pregnancy is different this time around: "I was so sick the first trimester that every time I tried to read, I couldn't concentrate. So I started brainlessly watching TV in the fetal position on my couch. It was brutal. I only just started getting a bigger appetite. I'm eating, but I like healthy foods in this one."

Ginnifer on her natural figure: "I am genetically predisposed to be a bigger girl than I am. If I didn't live in Hollywood, I would be. I have very real hips and a real Southern woman's ass."
Ginnifer on why she still uses Weight Watchers: "I've never had body issues, and I've never had an eating disorder. Most of the people I know are on the program for health reasons. And yes, some of them are slim women who want to stay slim."

So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for." Her statement stopped short of an apology, but she's clearly taking some responsibility for her actions.
