More good news on Lindsay. She's preparing for her sober, cleaner lifestyle by purchasing a new home. For the past year she has been living at the Chateau Marmont while her condo was under construction. The Chateau certainly isn't the best place for someone trying to stay sober. Instead of moving into her old place after rehab, she's starting anew with a two-bedroom apartment near the Sunset Strip that used to belong to Marilyn Monroe. It's perfect for LL who is a huge fan of Marilyn's. While we certainly don't want Lindsay to go down the same road as Marilyn, it must be cool to live in a home that was previously inhabited by your idol.

Lindsay Lohan Does Her Best (Naked) Marilyn Impression

Lindsay Lohan bares all - no, really - for the cover of New York magazine's Spring fashion issue. Photographer Bert Stern re-created his famous final photoshoot with Marilyn Monroe, making yet another bold comparison between the two actresses. Just like in the original shoot, the blonde bombshell in front of the camera (LL wore a wig) stripped down to nothing. We've got the more safe photos compiled here, but check out the NY mag site for all the NSFW glory. I know that LL loves her body, but I was still a little shocked to wake up and see this. As for why she went along with it, Lindsay said it was a no brainer, "I didn’t have to put much thought into it. I mean, Bert Stern? Doing a Marilyn shoot? When is that ever going to come up? It’s really an honor." Lohan on the Marilyn painting hanging in her house:

"It’s eerie,” Lohan said of the painting, a Christmas gift, “because it’s this picture of her, and it’s kind of cartoony, and there’s a big bottle of pills next to her, and they’ve fallen over.” Lohan called Monroe’s suicide “tragic,” and then added, elliptically, “You know, it’s also tragic what just recently happened to someone else.” I asked whether she was referring to Heath Ledger. She nodded: “They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone.” Why some and not others, I asked, since it has often seemed that the thrice-rehabbed Lohan might meet a similar fate. Lohan replied with a flicker of annoyance: “I don’t know. I’m not them. But I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me.”

Lindsay Lohan seems pretty confident in the control she has over herself so fingers crossed all those rumors about her drinking again don't mean she's headed back down a bad path. Let's just hope that LL keeps her Marilyn Monroe imitation to photoshoots, paintings, and racy rumors.

Lindsay Lands the Cover of Vogue España

Lindsay Lohan is featured in yet another Marilyn Monroe-themed photo shoot, this time for August's Vogue España. We saw her getting dressed up for the pictures back in May, as she channeled old Hollywood glamour in front of the iconic sign. The issue is perfectly timed to drum up some publicity for Labor Pains before it airs on Sunday, when we'll get to see LL on the small screen for the first time since her stint on Ugly Betty last year.

Lindsay Brings Her Crop Tops to Twinkle in LA

Lindsay Lohan was baring her belly all around LA as she spent the weekend shopping with Ali and at Samantha Ronson's house. She gave us a good look at the Marilyn Monroe tattoo on her forearm, which reads "Stars, all we ask for is our right to twinkle." Ali is still attached at the hip to her sister, which Dina thinks is great for the younger Lohan. Pretty soon, though, LL will have her new acting job to occupy her time, although many of you aren't convinced she'll behave herself once filming starts.

LL Channels Marilyn Again Before Sleepover With Sam

Lindsay Lohan had quite a few outfit changes during her her Marilyn Monroe photo shoot in LA yesterday. Once again this morning, she was spotted leaving Samantha's house with her dog at 6:30 a.m. shortly before Ronson left in a different car. There's no word if the two are back together, although apparently it would greatly upset the Ronson family if the couple reunited. It can't help matters when LL is supposedly caught spying on her ex, but in the meantime it's nice to see the actress getting back to work of some sort.

When she arrived, it looks like Lindsay got another chance to do her Marilyn Monroe impression. LL never passes up an opportunity to pay homage to her idol, and between this gig and lots of Samantha time, it's shaping up to be a good week for the starlet.

Nicole Kidman did her best Marilyn Monroe impression for the 10-year anniversary issue of Australian Harper's Bazaar. All of these sex-kitten photos were taken before Nicole was sporting that baby bump, and it's a hot photoshoot to have on hand before her body goes through changes. In the article, Nicole talks about Keith, her career, and that baby on the way. Here are highlights:

On waking up Keith at 3 a.m. when she couldn't sleep: "He said, 'OK, let's order room service and play!' Can you believe it? I have someone I can wake up who will play with me!"
On putting her career on hold: "I'm just really focusing on this new stage in my life and I feel really blessed to be pregnant and having this baby."
On married life: "I think it's important to be able to share your life with someone and I've experienced many things in my life but for me I've always wanted to have my best friend who will walk the journey of life with me and I've found him."

On her style: "I'm not so into fashion now as I used to be. Now I know what I like and what makes me feel good so I've grown up, I suppose, and I'm happy with where I am. Now I look at fashion as an expression of where you are in that time in your life and sometimes it's less, and sometimes it's more."
On her modest nature: "My nature is not one of enormous confidence and I'm not saying that out of any martyrdom for sympathy or compliments, but it's just one of my struggles in life. I love what I do but I'm the type of actress that when I get offered a role, I come up with 10 other actresses who I think would be better for it. I tried to do that with The Others but my agents were like, 'Stop, be quiet!'"

It's hard to imagine the Oscar-winning actress still thinking she should be passed up for roles, but it seems like Nicole has had her fair share of hard times and demons. Fortunately, she seems to be in a really great place right now with wonderful things to look forward to in life.

Megan Fox Flaunts Her "It Girl" Status on the Cover of Nylon

Megan Fox is on the October cover of Nylon, as she keeps making the rounds to promote Jennifer's Body despite its rather lackluster first weekend at the box office. She's also set to host Saturday Night Live tomorrow, though you guys aren't too thrilled about seeing her on the season opener. As always, she sat down to give a controversial interview - this time touching on issues like kissing Amanda Seyfried and her Marilyn Monroe tattoo. Here's more:

On seeing her in Jennifer's Body: "It's a comedy, which no one has really seen me do before. It might be a complete failure on my part. But the fact that I had to really put myself out there is totally different than being able to hide behind the magic of ILM [Industrial Light and Magic, which did special effects for Transformers]. That's no hiding from anything. There's nothing there to distract you from my performance. So if it's bad, it's going to be f*cking bad for me. And if it's good, then I will have achieved something on some level."
On her Marilyn Monroe tattoo: "I'm really knowledgeable of her life, but I would never want to emulate her. She's not, like, a hero of mine. And I don't find any amazing parallels where I feel like we're one and the same, or any shit like that."
On kissing Amanda Seyfried in their film: "They slowed the film down or something. Amanda was extremely uncomfortable doing it, because she doesn't kiss girls. She hated it. I was way more comfortable with it than she was. And if I have to kiss a stranger for work, I would much rather it be a female than a male."
