Mark Wahlberg stepped out on the balcony of his Miami hotel for some air yesterday. He walked out in just boxer briefs and later emerged wearing workout shorts. Mark's buff body is the result of hard work rather than steroid-like enhancements to help him get into character for Pain and Gain, which he's been filming since last month. He's been showing skin in front of the cameras, but has also taken advantage of downtime to display his rock solid abs and arms. Mark went shirtless to swim with his family during their visit to Florida in April. Mark's wife Rhea Durham wore a bikini for the sunny outing and splashed in the ocean with their four kids Ella, Michael, Brendan, and Grace.

He's in Florida working on the new movie Pain and Gain with costar Dwayne Johnson. The role has required plenty of Mark Wahlberg shirtless moments, and we even got a glimpse of him in his Calvin Kleins. Mark was visited in the Sunshine State by his wife Rhea Durham and their four children. Mark and wife Rhea kissed at the pool of their hotel, where little Ella, Michael, Brendan, and Grace had some family fun.

Marky Mark's Calvin Klein underwear ads debuted more than 20 years ago and he still looks fantastic in his boxer briefs. Mark bulked up even more than usual for his new movie, in which he costars with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and fans can expect to see a lot of those famous muscles when Pain and Gain hits the big screen. Mark will also soon be helping others maintain their own fine forms thanks to MARKED, the new line of nutritional supplements he is developing with GNC.

The actor has also been enjoying his downtime while in Florida. Mark went shirtless to hit the beach with his family, including his hot bikini-clad wife Rhea Durham and their four kids, for the past two weekends.

It was a fun afternoon at a hotel pool in Miami for Mark Wahlberg and his family yesterday. He took a break from filming nearby to hang with his wife, Rhea Durham, and four kids. Ella, Michael, Brendan, and Grace put on their swimsuits to splash in the water and play with their parents. The whole crew was back in the sun after also soaking up rays on the beach on Easter Sunday. Mark went swimming in the waves and Rhea modeled her bikini body in the sand when they weren't lounging under an umbrella.

Mark's buffer than usual body is for his role in Pain and Gain, which he's been shooting alongside The Rock in recent weeks. He bulked up for his character, a bodybuilder, and has been seen working out between takes.

Mark's been in South Florida for the past two weeks filming Pain and Gain with The Rock. The pair are under the watchful direction of Michael Bay, and both guys buffed up to portray bodybuilders on the big screen. Mark's been spotted keeping up an intense fitness routine and even training between scenes. While shirtless, Mark Wahlberg showed off some big muscles in just a pair of salmon shorts on set Friday. Mark's portraying a bodybuilder in the film, which is directed by Transformers' Michael Bay. Dwayne Johnson plays another professional muscle man, with his and Mark's characters getting caught up in an extortion scheme. Mark's next project Ted, which was directed by Family Guy's Seth MacFarlane, has a much different plot. The trailer for Ted starts off like a typical romantic comedy: there's a meet-cute between John (Mark Wahlberg) and Lori (Mila Kunis), they fall in love, "Sweet Disposition" plays, etc. There's some trouble in paradise though, and it comes in the form of Ted, John's real-life childhood Teddy, who also happens to be his best friend. This isn't one of those invisible BFFs (a la Drop Dead Fred) either; everyone can see Ted as he smokes weed, works in a grocery store, and makes inappropriate gestures.

Ted kind of reminds me of Brian from Family Guy, which isn't too surprising considering Seth MacFarlane writes, directs, and lends his voice to Ted. (The fact that Ted sounds like Peter Griffin is a bit distracting). The trailer could definitely be worse, but didn't have me laughing out loud either; I cant help but think that maybe Kunis is only in this as a favor to MacFarlane (since they do Family Guy together), though that still doesn't explain Wahlberg's involvement.

He's teaming up with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in a story about a group of bodybuilders who get mixed up in a kidnapping that goes wrong. Mark looks like he's been working out to get ready for the role, and his partner in crime, The Rock, has likely been hitting the gym in preparation for his return to the ring. The Rock is coming out of retirement for this weekend's Wrestlemania XXVIII. He's taking on his long-time enemy John Cena on Sunday night with other famous names like The Undertaker and Chris Jericho expected to participate in the televised event.

The family of six got away for the vacation after celebrating Christmas at home in LA. The Durham-Wahlbergs visited Santa Claus and shared a fun park day ahead of the holiday. Mark will soon be back to work though, since his movie, Contraband hits theaters next week. He's also still in the middle of production on Broken City, which he started filming late last year.
