They were joined by famous faces like Wendi Murdoch and Liya Kebede for the event, which followed a day of meetings at the UN about issues affecting women of the world. The meal was hosted by Queen Rania of Jordan, who mingled with other celebs like Jessica Alba, Naomi Campbell, and Veronica Webb.

The cast of Julie and Julia moved cross-country for the NYC premiere after hitting the red carpet in LA earlier this week. Meryl Streep went a bit more casual this time while Amy Adams took it up a notch in her floor-length gown. There were a few famous chefs out for the night, as well as Julie Powell who inspired the title character of the film.

The 13th Annual Webby Awards brought out a few tech-savvy famous faces in NYC last night. The acceptance speeches have to be kept to five words at the annual event and Jimmy Fallon debuted his on his show last night — "Thank god Conan got promoted" — when he won Webby Person of the Year. Cameron Diaz, who shows her geeky side with her Kindle loving, presented her friend with the statue and had a laugh up on stage in front of the audience.

Ladies like Jessica Biel, Demi Moore, Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway all let their hair flow in their dark dresses. Justin Timberlake also showed off his fashion chops though on Monday the number one model for his William Rast line will be Jessica at the Costume Institute Gala.

The Emmys brought out some gorgeous gowns to the red carpet on Sunday, but a few stars got equally fancy for the Metropolitan Opera 125th Season Opening Night Gala in NYC last night. Helena Christensen and Christie Brinkley showed they haven't lost any of their model beauty, while Parker Posey went a little funkier with her big bow. Jenny Humphrey was being bullied at school on last night's episode of Gossip Girl, but in real life Taylor Momsen was looking very grown up and almost unrecognizable in her dramatic red ruffles.
