Do You Think a "Friends" Movie Is a Good Idea?

After the success of the Sex and the City movie, we weren't that surprised to hear the rumor resurface that Friends could be the next TV show to hit the big screen. There's been talk of the project for years, but Jennifer Aniston supposedly hadn't expressed enough interest in doing the film until now. Friends is still one of our favorite shows ever, but do you think it's a good idea to make it a movie?

Amy Winehouse's concerned in-laws are asking that her fans boycott buying her records until she and her husband can get medical treatment for their drug addictions. At this point, we're in favor of any tactic that would prevent her from hurting herself any further. - BBC News
Matt LeBlanc's former manager of one year has filed a suit claiming that LeBlanc owes her around $1 million dollars for career advice she continued to give him after they parted ways. Sounds like she should've gotten a more iron-clad contract for those later years. - TMZ

Turns out Matt LeBlanc's show Joey not only failed on NBC, but it also helped his marriage to fail as well. Matt moved out of his home in January to be closer to the set and the new woman in his life. People reports:

Matt LeBlanc, who filed for divorce from his wife last week, has a new real-life romantic costar: Andrea Anders, who plays his neighbor on the sitcom Joey, PEOPLE reports in its upcoming issue.

....After the divorce announcement was made, LeBlanc even brought the Wisconsin-born Anders â€“ who recently shot a pilot for Friends producer David Crane â€“ to the ranch house north of Los Angeles that he and Melissa had shared.

Apparently his wife wanted to work it out in counseling but Matt had already checked out of the marriage. I'm sure there is a lot we don't know about why the marriage failed but this news makes it worse. I thought Matt and Melissa seemed like the real deal. Another Day, Another Divorce

Oh how we hate bad news. Matt LeBlanc and his wife, Melissa have announced they are getting a divorce.
People reports:

"Melissa and Matt LeBlanc have decided to end their marriage of three years," the actor's rep, Joe Libonati, said in a statement. "The dissolution is amicable. They remain devoted parents and friends. For the sake of their family, they ask that their privacy be respected at this time."

The couple have a two-year-old daughter, Marina. Melissa, a former model, has two other children from a previous marriage.

This has been a challenging year for Matt. First his NBC show Joey is failing and now his marriage is crumbling. Poor guy - hopefully something good will happen for him soon.

SNL will look a bit different for its 32nd season. Horatio Sanz, Chris Parnell and Finesse Mitchell will not be returning to the show. They should just make the show entirely about Andy Samberg. - AP
An Irish newspaper published "fake" porn pictures of Tiger Woods' wife, and he is pissed! The not so smart reporter also made the statement, "Most American golfers are married to women who cannot keep their clothes on in public." Don't mess with Tiger; he is now threatening to sue. - People

Matt LeBlanc promises the next season of Joey will be better. The shows motto has become bigger, faster and funnier. He has also said he regrets making Joey such a goofy dumb character. Oh well, i think it's a little too late to all of a sudden make him smart.
