She shared the sunny day with Max after spending a make-out filled night with Matthew Rutler following a dinner with friends last weekend. Christina's juggling the men in her life with her work as on The Voice, and the singer seems excited about the new gig. She and her fellow judges recently released a promo for the show, and you can see them in action during the series premiere on April 26.

It looks like their relationship is heating up since Matt apparently even moved in with Christina.

Christina Aguilera and her son Max got into the Halloween spirit with a trip to the pumpkin patch in LA today, like so many other cute Hollywood families have done in the past. Their fun day out came hours after Christina legally filed for divorce following news of her split from Jordan Bratman earlier this week. The couple, who were together for five years, apparently separated last month and have a prenup that won't allow Jordan to seek spousal support. Christina released a statement on Tuesday saying that their commitment to Max "remains as strong as ever," while Jordan, who's been going about his business, hasn't commented.

A wee free spirit! Christina Aguilera showed off her signature red lips as she strolled through New York's SoHo district with her husband, Jordan Bratman, and son, Max, on Mother's Day. While mom and pop kept is casual wearing ripped jeans, Max, played it cool in his dungarees, Free City youngones hoodie ($135), and L.A.M.B. sneakers from rocking mom, Gwen Stefani's line. The two-year-old's style was perfect for window shopping or a trip to the park. It looks like the little guy's sense of fun has rubbed off on his mom. Christina recently said that Max has "brought out a more playful side" of her.
