Charlize Struts Her Best Dressed Stuff
Charlize Theron took advantage of the warm weather in New York with a little plaid dress she wore on The View yesterday before joining her man Stuart and costars for a screening of Battle in Seattle. Charlize always manages to look fabulous from the red carpet to the beach, and her efforts earned her a spot as one of People's 10 Best Dressed Stars of 2008. While we're not sure if we agree with some of the other honorees, Charlize's style continues to impress us even after the results are in.

- Michelle Rodriguez has been released from jail after serving 18 days, one tenth of her 180 day sentence. The lucky actress was released due to the usual jail overcrowding. I'm starting to think we need more jails in LA.

- Michelle Rodriguez is spending Christmas in jail. The bad girl checked herself into Lynwood Jail (aka Paris's temporary home) on Sunday afternoon to start serving her 180-day sentence after violating her probation multiple times. The judge made a point to say that she would not be let out early, but after her two-hour stint last year and watching Lindsay/Nicole this year, who knows how long she'll actually serve.

- Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced to 180 days in jail after she violated the terms of her probation for a DUI case. Not only was she unable to provide proof of completing her community service, but also consumed alcohol three times with her monitoring bracelet still on. She is, of course, still playing the tough girl role but we wonder how long that will last after 6 months of deserved jail time.

Demi, Emmy & Diane are NY Fashion Week troopers! They ran around from front row to party to front row and look as fresh faced as ever taking in the Donna Karan show this morning, the final half day of FW. Rosario looks great, too of course, but she's played it a little more low key this week.

We were excited for Lost to return on February 7th, but now we're not so sure. Last season we were not happy about the addition of Michelle Rodriguez's character and we were happy when she was killed off. Now we hear she's not gone for long.

Michelle Rodriguez gets jail time - again. We admit, we have been a bit harsh on her because we're just not a fan but after she ruined Lost, got busted for a DUI (more than once), chose jail over community service and then raved about how much she liked being in jail, we don't feel bad that she is being sent back. This time 5 days will be nothing.
