Liv and Milo Have a Tuesday Lunch Date

Liv Tyler stepped out in LA with Milo yesterday for errands and lunch at Figaro Cafe. Looks like they're both keeping up with the latest trends, between Liv's punchy cardigan and Milo's baby Crocs. Liv doesn't have her next project lined up just yet, so for now she can enjoy plenty of time with Milo, playing video games, or snuggling up to watch The Incredible Hulk or The Strangers both of which came out on DVD yesterday.

Liv's Son Loves Those Pigeons

Liv Tyler watched as Milo ran ahead of her to chase a pigeon down the streets of Manhattan yesterday. She hosted a Fashion Week event at Rose Bar on Wednesday, but Liv looked like she was having just as much fun dressed down and playing with her son. Liv recently spoke about being in limbo after her split with her hubby Royston in May, but luckily she's got her little buddy by her side to make things easier.

Liv and Royston Keep the Family Together For Milo

Liv Tyler separated from her husband Royston back in May, but the exes spent the day together out in LA with their son Milo yesterday. Liv looked trendy in her dip dyed maxi dress, while her ex made his own statement by skipping the shoes altogether. Even if spending time together doesn't lead to a reconciliation for Liv and Royston, maybe as a Gap Fall campaign model, Liv can share a few fashion tips.

Liv's Got Her Milo and Her Movies

After a fun-filled day on the Santa Monica Pier earlier this week, Liv Tyler and Milo kept things low key on Thursday. Liv looked fab in her maxi dress out to dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Pasadena with Milo and the nanny. While Liv's The Strangers is a bit too scary for little Milo (and me) to see in the theaters, I'm excited to see his mommy in The Incredible Hulk when it comes out next weekend. The Summer may have gotten off to a rough start in some ways for Liv, but between her movies and her adorable son it looks like she'll be able to keep a smile on her face.

Liv and Milo Take to the Sky

After their tropical family vacation in Hawaii, Liv Tyler headed to LAX yesterday with Milo. Her mini-me turned 3 last month but he's looking like such a big boy - almost too big to be toted around by mom. Luckily these two had help with their luggage because Liv already had her arms full with Milo and her fab red bag. Love that Liv coordinated her bag with Milo's jacket.

Celebrity Spawn Trek for Candy Around NYC

The streets of Manhattan were teeming with celebrity families yesterday evening as the costumed youngsters went from door to door, probably giving a few unsuspecting families a surprise when they opened their doors. Trick or treat! Soho was the 'hood for Julianne Moore and her little gnome and Wonder Woman also Ed Burns holding the hand of his precious Snow White. The West Village was more Liv Tyler, Royston and Milo's speed in their outfits - way to be a little un PC there with the costumes on the parents? Milo looked beefy like Henry as Spidey, though. In the same area Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany brought around Kai and Stellan in his little Star Wars outfit. Hope all these adorably disguised kiddies scored big on Halloween night. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for everyone!

Liv Takes Milo To Grandpa's Office

Liv Tyler took Milo to watch his grandpa rock out at the Aerosmith concert in Toronto yesterday and the little man was sporting some hot pink headphones like Apple Martin when she went to watch her daddy. Those are just about the cutest things ever! Milo was so lucky that he even got his own private serenade on the side of the stage from grandpa. We still can't look at this father daughter duo without remembering Liv's wild antics in the video for Crazy. Maybe someday Milo will get his very own cameo in an Aerosmith video but in the meantime we can catch his mommy on the big screen in The Strangers.

Liv's Not a Therapist, But She Plays One In The Movies

Liv and hubby Royston bundled up against the NY weather to take little Milo out for a stroll this week. We missed Liv when she took a year off from acting to spend time with Milo, but we love that she's back in the spotlight. First up, Liv costars with Adam Sandler in Reign Over Me as a therapist helping Adam's character deal with the death of his wife and children. That sounds like a pretty big job but Liv says she was up to the task. Here's more:

"It was something I took very seriously. The story touched me so much and I thought it was important that it was very real and not a caricature of what a therapist would be like. I actually have a shrink in New York who I love and I spent a lot of time with her, hours on end. It was kind of weird because I was actually learning some of her tricks, which suddenly made it very weird for me to be doing therapy with her. She actually told me once that if I ever wanted to quit my day job I would be an OK shrink. I was like, 'I think there's something wrong with you saying that but thank you so much!'"

We'd rather see lovely Liv on the big screen instead of listening to our problems from a big couch. However, she seems so sweet we bet it would be easy to open up to her. Anyways, I digress. Bottom line, I think this movie looks moving and we're excited to see Liv get back to work already!

Liv Tyler and Husband Royston Langdon Split!

Liv Tyler and her husband of five years Royston Langdon are splitting up. There have been rumors of trouble for a little while now, but today her rep confirmed the sad news to People. Saying,

"Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation. They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family's privacy be respected at this time."

It's always sad to hear about a breakup. Let's hope they keep things civil for Milo's sake.

Liv Tyler Is Not a Stranger Anymore

It's been awhile since we've heard from Liv. It looked like her career was really going to take off after LOTR. Then she did Jersey Girl and Lonesome Jim which meant working with both Afflecks. For some reason Liv then took a long break to spend time with her baby Milo. She also was considering retiring from acting all together. Here's highlights:

Tyler took last year off after the birth of her first child, Milo, with husband, Royston Langdon. She said she returned to acting because her time off made her realize how much she liked her work.
"It was really a reflective period for me, and I was asking myself all the questions, `Should I retire and move to the country and have lots of babies?' " she said. "That year off helped me realize I love what I do."
For Tyler, the town's location in the heart of South Carolina's tobacco country has been a blessing. "What's really great about this place is you can smoke almost anywhere," she said.

Let's hope she isn't smoking around her baby. Still, we're glad she's back and can't wait to see more of her especially in this new film The Strangers where she is costarring with Scott Speedman. Hopefully we'll get some pics of them on the set sometime soon. In the meantime, check out lovely Liv at the New Yorkers For Children Fall Gala back in September!
