Donatella Gets Lindsay and the PYTs to Celebrate Art in NYC

Donatella Versace gathered some friends from the fashion and art worlds in NYC last night for the Whitney Museum Gala. First up was a star-studded dinner, where Taylor Momsen and Mischa Barton mingled with Shakira and Jennifer Hudson. The festivities then moved downstairs for the afterparty, with Lindsay Lohan turning up to make a cameo. We had a quick chat with the newly-minted artistic adviser, who said she was there "for Donatella" - and the duo certainly looked close as they posed for photos. Lindsay said she arrived late for the bash due to her travels, but that she'd be sticking around the city to handle "personal business." LL apparently even opened up later about her rumored hookup with Balthazar Getty, telling Gossip Cop that she'd never do that to Samantha Ronson.

LL managed to avoid any run-ins with Samantha's family as she narrowly avoided Charlotte Ronson. Donatella was truly the woman of the evening as she hung out with Lindsay, Mischa and Shakira and they all checked out a DJ set from Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen.

Facinelli Joins a Housewife and Mischa, Heads Back to Eclipse

Peter Facinelli walked the red carpet with Real Housewives of NY's Jill Zarin at a Sony event in NYC last night. Peter spent the week filming Nurse Jackie, but right after the party he was headed straight back to Vancouver despite a nasty flight delay. Peter's a busy man filming Eclipse as well as his TV series but he still keeps his spirits high and makes sure to play practical jokes on Robert Pattinson. Mischa Barton was also at the bash yesterday, although these days her schedule isn't quite as jam-packed as Peter's now that The Beautiful Life has been cancelled.

Mischa's been checking out runways from Herve Leger to Marc Jacobs - which are the perfect places for her to pick up a few new poses and pouts for her character.

The Stars Party in Honor of Marc Jacobs and Fashion

Marc Jacobs drew his usual star-studded crowd at NY's Fashion Week last night to show off his latest collection. Madonna and Lady Gaga, neither of whom were apparently specifically invited to the show, both arrived late and sat in the front row. They posed together for the cameras, fresh off taking the stage at the VMAs on Sunday. Lindsay Lohan changed out of her short dress into a sexy gown for the afterparty at Club Hiro, where Mischa Barton joined her for the festivities. Jared Leto and Rachel Zoe also attended the events as Hollywood supported one of their favorite designers.

Fashion Weekend Bursts With Starlets, Famous Fashion Faces!

New York Fashion Week didn't slow down over the weekend, and the front rows were star-studded gearing up for last night's big event, the VMAs. Lindsay Lohan ducked into Alice + Olivia and Shenae Grimes, a sparkly Blake Lively, and Rachel Zoe all scored spots at the Diane von Furstenberg show on Sunday. Mischa stepped out for the Herve Leger show as well as to attend an event for The Beautiful Life. Rachel McAdams sat alongside Anna Wintour at Alexander Wang and posed with Leighton Meester backstage at Altuzarra. With so many big events taking place in New York, the fashionista stars were all over.

Hilary Duff and Amanda Bynes were front and center for the Herve Leger show, which is no big surprise considering how often they, especially Amanda, are seen wearing the ubiquitous bandage dresses. Kirsten Dunst mixed things up at Band of Outsiders, while Hayden Christensen was out without his fiance Rachel Bilson at Lacoste. Mischa, Chace, and the Rachels Attend a Fashionable Fete

Celebrities in NYC flocked to the Cooper Square Hotel last night for a GQ & Dior Homme party honoring designer Kris Van Assche. Fresh off her recent Twitter war, Rachel Zoe showed up in black alongside Miranda Kerr to honor their designer friend at the star-studded event. Rachel Bilson stayed close to her fiance Hayden Christensen as they publicly stepped out following Hayden's brother's arrest last week. Mischa Barton and Taylor Momsen posed together, matching in shimmery fabric while Taylor's Gossip Girl costar Chace Crawford looked dapper chatting with Jesse Metcalfe. Mischa's Life Is Beautiful Even in the Rain

Mischa Barton was still in her curlers as she walked to work on the set of The Beautiful Life in NYC on Friday. She smoked a cigarette despite the rain, but looked like she was in better spirits when the weather cleared up a bit. Earlier in the week Mischa opened up about what happened in her personal life this Summer and most of you appreciated hearing it straight from the source, as she dives back into work on her anticipated new show.

Mischa Opens Up About Her Hospitalization - Too Soon or Totally Appropriate?

Mischa Barton hasn't talked much since her dramatic hospitalization in July, but there have been plenty of rumors about what landed her in such a rough spot and how she's been doing since. Her new show The Beautiful Life premieres next month and Mischa opened up to Time Out New York about what has been going on in her personal life.

The actress says a recent botched wisdom tooth removal surgery is what put her on the downward spiral and all the stress of work and her pain coming together ended up with her briefly admitted into psychiatric care. She also described the experience as "miserable for everyone" and blames being in LA for all the attention it received. At this point, Mischa wants the focus to be on her work, but perhaps talking about all this will serve to remind everyone of what happened. Mischa and Hilary Heart Ronsons Without LL

It was practically a Ronson convention last night as Charlotte celebrated her I Heart Ronson line with JC Penney in NYC. Samantha and Mark manned the DJ booth, while Charlotte, mom Anne, and siblings Alexander and Annabelle mingled with a crowd that included Zoe Kravitz, Olivia Thirlby, and Sophia Bush. Mischa Barton brought along her costar on The Beautiful Life, Ashley Madekwe, though one person conspicuously absent from the party was Lindsay Lohan. LL spent her night out in the city anyway, but considering her drama at Charlotte's last bash, perhaps there's a reason she wasn't there to toast the latest collection.
