Natasha Richardson Passes Away
We are so sad to bring you the news that Natasha Richardson passed away earlier today at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York after suffering a traumatic head injury caused by a skiing accident. Her rep has released a statement saying, "Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time."
Natasha Richardson Reportedly Brain Dead
We're very sad to report that Natasha Richardson has apparently been declared brain dead after a traumatic head injury caused by a ski accident. A family friend said "there is no chance" for her and "it's not official yet, but they basically will detach her [from life support]." Along with her own acting career, her husband is Liam Neeson, mother Vanessa Redgrave, and sister Joely Richardson.
