SJP, Kim and Cynthia Bring Sex and the City to Your Home

Three out of the fabulous foursome met at the New York Public Library last night to launch Sex and the City on DVD. Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall posed and laughed together missing their Charlotte, Kristin Davis. The extended version of the movie hits video stores on Tuesday and the ladies didn't miss the opportunity to throw a party. The soiree was held at the botched marriage location for Carrie in the movie, so it's only appropriate that SJP posed with a dramatic wedding dress. While most of you are excited about the possibility of getting to know younger Carrie, until then it's time to snuggle in and watch their big screen debut again.

John's Heart Is a Wonderland

John Mayer gave a cute half smile while leaving his hotel in Amsterdam yesterday before flying to the UK and continuing his European music tour. John's been speaking out about not being a bad boyfriend and apparently he's also a considerate ex. He's still going strong with his current lady love - even earning David Arquette's stamp of approval - but John's success isn't limited to his love life. He's releasing a live CD/DVD for Where the Light Is on Tuesday and recently talked about his new Summer tour, and more on Jen. Here's more:

On his tour and new CD: "I want there to be no good time to use the bathroom during the show. For anybody who has heard a couple of my songs and wondered what this guy's all about, this is sort of the Whitman's sampler."
On his feelings for Jen: "All I can tell you is that I have made every decision in my life with complete authenticity. My feet are firmly on the ground. If you do things from the heart, it feels awesome."
On the public's fascination with their relationship: "I don't have a problem with my privacy as much as I have a problem with people messing with my message. If you're going to take pictures of me doing mundane stuff, will you at least take pictures of me playing guitar? Because right now it looks like all I do is drink coffee and do dry cleaning and go eat dinner."

Luke Wilson (And His Mustache) Head Straight to DVD

Luke Wilson put on his exercise clothes and took his mustache for a belated New Year's resolution (?) walk/jog on Monday in LA. Luke has been M.I.A. for a while working on his facial hair and unfortunately it sounds like his latest film is similarly unsuccessful. He's had a couple of duds recently with The Wendell Baker Story briefly in theaters and Idiocracy going right to the shelves of Blockbuster (though he was momentarily in 3:10 To Yuma...random). Plus, his Blonde Ambition with Jessica Simpson is out for rental this Tuesday. Remember, however, it wasn't quite straight to DVD. I'm guessing I might be the only one renting that next week?
