Dan Rather is suing CBS for $70 million! He is claiming they gave him innsuffient air time on 60 minutes as well as used him as a scapeoat after the controversial Bush National Guard story.- Reuters
In their ongoing custody battle, Denise Richards asked a judge yesterday to protect her children from Charlie Sheen based on his personal issues. Will these two ever handle their personal matters in private? - People

Oprah wanted to have Rosie O'Donnell on her show to discuss her new book, Celebrity Dextox, but Rosie has decided to talk to Diane Sawyer instead. Maybe she's not a fan of Oprah's book club, but she did say in her blog that there is no feud going on. - Page Six
