Nelly Does Daytime

Nelly just scored the Pop Single of the Year at the Billboard Awards and now she's getting ready to impress us with her acting skills. She just taped an appearance on the soap opera One Life to Live. Nelly is hoping this won't be the last time you see her acting - she'd like to do more of it. Here's more:

In the episode set to air on February 23, Nelly performs her two hit singles "Promiscuous" and "Say It Right" and acts opposite the show's resident heartthrobs, Forbes March and Kamar De Los Reyes. "I've always watched soaps growing up, so this has been a great adventure," the 28-year-old said in an exclusive interview with In Touch from the ABC set on December 12. "It was so much fun and everyone was welcoming."

Acting is something the Canadian-born singer and single mother would like to do more of. "I've been taking acting classes," she says. "This was my third speaking part, so I'm a lot more confident now. Film is definitely a possibility." But first thing's first: Nelly is currently in the studio recording her first Spanish-language album, which will be released next year.

Victoria Beckham Weighs In on the Merits of Sleep and Sex

Victoria Beckham looked polished in black as she left her hotel and made her way to Heathrow Airport in London today. She tried to go a little incognito with her hat, but Victoria isn't afraid to share more personal details - she recently opened up to Allure for the December issue. Victoria shared some rather intimate details of her home life with David, including their nighttime routine and how she prefers to sleep. Here's more:

On whether she prefers sleep or sex: "I'm getting into bed with David Beckham every night, so, you know, there'd be something wrong if I said, 'sleep.'"
On what she sleeps in: "I tend to wear nothing [to bed] . . . But David bought me these little sets from Agent Provocateur, his favorite store."
On what she eats: "I'm not going to lie - I'm not one of those people that says, 'Oh, I eat hamburgers.'"

Kate Moss Opens Up About Her New Perfume, Says Nothing Tastes as Good as Skinny Feels

Kate Moss was back in one of her favorite fur jackets for an evening out in London on Thursday. She's able to balance the demands of her career and social life, and Kate just added another element to her growing business empire. She's set to launch a new fragrance called Vintage, with hair and beauty products to follow. She sat down with Women's Wear Daily to chat about her business, touching on a few issues like her impressions of herself and the maxims by which she lives. Here's more:

On her definition of beauty: "It sounds really corny, but I think that if you’re beautiful inside, it shows on the outside for sure. You can be a pretty face, but if you’re not a nice person, it just doesn’t work. I’m not traditionally a beauty, but apparently people think I’m all right. If you’re a nice person, it definitely helps."
On getting inspired: "I write sometimes, or I’ll draw. It all depends what’s around. If I’m with my daughter, I’ll paint. I make jam. It’s kind of creative when you make jam. In the country, I get creative with what I have in my house. I just did my dressing room [with my former personal assistant who now designs interiors] and that was quite a good creative process. It’s heaven. We did it together. I wanted it to be a space, not just a closet. I wanted it to be a room you could feel comfortable in and hang out in without just being a wardrobe."
On her mottoes: "There are loads. There’s 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.' That’s one of them. You try and remember, but it never works."

On who her mentors are: "My close friends, probably. There are lots of women I look up to, but mentors are someone you talk to and not just admire. A lot of my friends that I trust are my mentors. They would say, “Oh no, Kate, that’s not a good look."
On how she relaxes: "I’ve got a steam room now, I go in there. It’s heaven. I steam and then go to the relaxation room and cool off. In the country, I go for walks and hang out and make jam."
On the secret to multitasking: "I think women are really good at multitasking. Men just cannot do it. My boyfriend cannot talk on the phone and [answer] if I ask him a question or get dressed at the same time. I can do all of that - talk on the phone, answer a question, get dressed, and put my makeup on all at the same time. Women just do, don’t they? I think it’s something to do with babies. When you have a child, you have to be able to multitask."

Lindsay Receives Unkind Words From Emanuel Ungaro Himself

Lindsay Lohan headed out in LA last night to grab a bite to eat with friends. Lindsay's been hitting the nightlife scene a lot, although she claims she's busy working on new music. One thing that might not be on her to-do list anymore is collaborating with Emanuel Ungaro. There have been whispers that she's on her way out and Mr. Ungaro himself opened up about LL's appointment, basically labeling it a "disaster." Things aren't getting any quieter in her family life either, especially with Dina stopping by to chat live with TMZ about the mess with Michael.

Rihanna Waits Her Turn to Be a Woman of the Year

Rihanna is starting to promote her upcoming album, including posing for Glamour's Women of the Year issue. It also coincides with the debut of her new video for "Wait Your Turn" - check it out after the jump. Rihanna has remained silent about the incident with Chris Brown thus far, but she's finally opening up about what happened. She's set to share a little about the ordeal this week on GMA and 20/20. She also discussed the drama, as well as her career and childhood, in the magazine. Here's more:

On her career: "I would have never dreamed that my career would be this successful. I grew up in an average home in Barbados, and we didn’t live in the best neighborhood. But I was never aware that we were poor; my mom never made us feel that way. She made us feel anything was possible and instilled in me such confidence."
On auditioning for Jay-Z: "I thought he would be in a suit, sitting behind a desk with a cigar. But he was totally chill, wearing sneakers and a t-shirt. In a matter of weeks, the first single went to radio. Then we shot a video, and the song just took off. I was in the top 10 with huge artists who I looked up to. Jay-Z kept telling me, 'This never happens, so don’t get used to it.' I saw how special that moment was."

On getting through the past year: "I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears! My friends and family have been extremely supportive, and everyone has been there for me. On her new album: "I put everything I’ve wanted to say for the past eight months into my music. The songs are really personal. It’s rock ‘n’ roll, but it’s really hip-hop: if Lil’ Wayne and Kings of Leon like my album, then I’ll feel good. I would not change anything about it."

Kellan, Anna, and Jamie Make BlackBook's List

BlackBook put together a list of up-and-coming young actors, and three stars from the Twilight series made the cut. Anna Kendrick, who plays Bella's friend Jessica, made the list, as did new vampire Jamie Campbell-Bower. Kellan Lutz rounded out the trio, sitting down for a special interview as he gets out there promoting both New Moon and Nightmare on Elm Street - check out that film's scary new trailer. He opened up about sacrificing his love of science for modeling, dealing with fame, and life in Vancouver. Here's more:

Kellan on giving up science to model: "I got a scholarship to go to Chapman University for chemical engineering in Orange County, and my father’s always lived in LA, so I just wanted to pack up and go there. . . When I was in LA, it was extremely lucrative with the modeling - the money, the opportunities - it’s LA so it was fast-paced and I was making more money and traveling all over the world. I just kind of fell into acting as a way to show off my personality."
On dealing with Pattinson-level fame: "Well, it’s crazy because with all this attention, all of us are handling it extremely well. We still have our head on our shoulders and our feet on the ground. Rob’s handling it so well. I can’t fathom being in his shoes. I believe I could handle it, but being cooped up in Vancouver and not being able to leave the hotel room or the apartment without having a driver and having to hide out - especially when he was shooting Remember Me, I talked to him a lot in New York and those fans were just crazy."
On the fans in Vancouver: "Well the thing is, we can’t rent out the whole hotel, so fans will come up that know we are shooting there to have a chance to see all of us in one place. They’ll get rooms and every time one of us leaves, they’re there. It’s great to talk to them but you really can’t sneak away."

Megan Fox Flaunts Her "It Girl" Status on the Cover of Nylon

Megan Fox is on the October cover of Nylon, as she keeps making the rounds to promote Jennifer's Body despite its rather lackluster first weekend at the box office. She's also set to host Saturday Night Live tomorrow, though you guys aren't too thrilled about seeing her on the season opener. As always, she sat down to give a controversial interview - this time touching on issues like kissing Amanda Seyfried and her Marilyn Monroe tattoo. Here's more:

On seeing her in Jennifer's Body: "It's a comedy, which no one has really seen me do before. It might be a complete failure on my part. But the fact that I had to really put myself out there is totally different than being able to hide behind the magic of ILM [Industrial Light and Magic, which did special effects for Transformers]. That's no hiding from anything. There's nothing there to distract you from my performance. So if it's bad, it's going to be f*cking bad for me. And if it's good, then I will have achieved something on some level."
On her Marilyn Monroe tattoo: "I'm really knowledgeable of her life, but I would never want to emulate her. She's not, like, a hero of mine. And I don't find any amazing parallels where I feel like we're one and the same, or any shit like that."
On kissing Amanda Seyfried in their film: "They slowed the film down or something. Amanda was extremely uncomfortable doing it, because she doesn't kiss girls. She hated it. I was way more comfortable with it than she was. And if I have to kiss a stranger for work, I would much rather it be a female than a male."

PopSugar Exclusive - Kristin Talks About John Mayer, Whitney and Lo on Their Shows, Stacie and Justin Bobby?!

Lots of ladies from The Hills and The City hit the red carpet at last night's MTV VMAs. We chatted a little with the shows' stars about all the changes to come this season, with LBD clad Whitney Port and Lo Boswoth sharing some previews. Kristin Cavallari addressed her rumored romance with John Mayer, while Stacie Hall - aka Stacie the bartender - revealed one rather big spoiler. Here's more:

Kristin on allegedly dating John Mayer: "It's funny because I've met him one time, for 5 seconds at a big press event like this. I don't know, it's always funny how these rumors get started."
Stacie on what to expect from her next season: "I find myself in a lot, a lot of drama I didn't think I was a dramatic person. . . definitely with boys. That's gonna happen. . . "
Could it be Justin Bobby? "Maybe. . . (smiles)."
Lo on next season: "You're going to see a lot of new female faces - not just Kristin. You're going to see new troublemakers, which you know, it kind of makes me a little uncomfortable! I've kind of been there since the beginning, and I want it to be exactly what it was and it's not anymore."
Stephanie on Heidi and Spencer's baby plans: "I was with them and they started talking about freezing eggs and stuff, and I was like, "Ew, you guys! I'm right here.'"

On keeping in touch with LC: "I'm filming with Lo, who lives with her, so we get updated. . . but I don't see her too often, I really don't. But there's no bad blood there."

Whitney:

About her new costars: "Everyone is very different, and not in a good or bad way. Everyone plays off of each other, in a very dramatic kind of feeling.
On Jay returning to The City: "I'm not sure, to be perfectly honest. I mean, he is my friend and he's in and out of my life. But I haven't seen any of the episodes yet, so. . . "

Stephanie:

On what's coming up with her: "I'm a serial dater. I don't have a boyfriend - I want to date every single guy ever. But, I will play the bad cop, there's so much BS between the girls, I will call them out."
On Stacy's comments about Justin Bobby: "She needs a publicist to tell her not to talk about the show! Yeah, it gets nuts."

Stacie:

On if we'll see lots more of her this season: "Yeah, it's weird. Like on the last season, I didn't even mean to be on it - it was unintentional. Now I'm in the group!"

Frankie Delgado also chatted with us about the ongoing issue between Brody Jenner, his girlfriend Jayde Nicole and Joe Francis, saying that her face is all better after the alleged assault a few weeks ago. That won't be a part of the season, but we're sure to see lots more of them all when The Hills is back in just fifteen days!

Lindsay Discusses Her Past Britney Spears Aspirations

Lindsay Lohan went shopping around NYC in an orange sweater yesterday before she hit up Bloomingdale's for Fashion's Night Out, where Gwen Stefani also chatted with us at her store appearance. LL has been silent on Twitter ever since her public rant about Samantha, but she did grant a recent interview about her new artistic adviser role at Ungaro. She told Access Hollywood she's nervous about her upcoming show in Paris and also opened up to them about living her life in the spotlight and how she used to desire fame. Here's more:

On growing up yearning for the spotlight: "Everyone goes through tough times and the second that I decided I wanted to be in front of the camera . . . I think I've always kind of aspired to be like Britney Spears in the tabloids when I was in middle school. It's kind of something you sign up for in the beginning and if you really want it, you know that comes with it."
On dealing with fame: "There are times when it does affect me. When I'm having a bad day or dealing with something personal that is no one else's business but they're going to spin it anyway. If I make the wrong face and I’m having a really great day, they're going to say something negative anyway. I know that I'm a target and I know that I've given people a lot of reason to kind of run with things that have been said. I no longer intend on doing that, but I'm not perfect."
On whether she has regrets: "There are things I would like to take back and I always say that, but there aren't many things that I regret doing, because I wouldn't have learned from them, and I wouldn't be where I am today. I think it's taken me a long time to learn how to love myself before I could love someone else too. Whether it be a best friend or family or someone that I'm in a relationship with."
