Oct 30 2009 - 4:00pm Paris Hilton sat down for a pedicure before meeting her sister Nicky and Doug Reinhardt for dinner in LA last night. The trio brought their good times back to Paris's house, where things got so rowdy neighbors called the cops around 4 a.m. Tomorrow is sure to be another late one for Paris and her pals, since she's one of the celebs who loves Halloween the most.
