Apr 30 2009 - 3:00pm Mary-Kate Olsen was out fulfilling her duties as a Tribeca Film Festival juror this morning at the Women's Filmmaker Brunch in NYC. MK looked hot in her Herve dress and leather jacket. Instead of her usual sidekick Nate Lowman, Mary-Kate was joined by Debra Messing, Julianna Margulies, Parker Posey, and a few of the festival's organizers.
she's always done indie movies and less mainstream stuff since she's kind of branched out on her own, so that's kind of what makes her qualified i'd assume. to be honest though, it's such a
mix of people that it really doesn't matter. think about judges for anything...like miss america - what makes a music personality right to judge a beauty contest?

What qualifies her to judge other people's films? She hardly has a successful career- straight-to-video tween movies don't qualify.
