Amy and Meryl Take Julie and Julia to NYC
The cast of Julie and Julia moved cross-country for the NYC premiere after hitting the red carpet in LA earlier this week. Meryl Streep went a bit more casual this time while Amy Adams took it up a notch in her floor-length gown. There were a few famous chefs out for the night, as well as Julie Powell who inspired the title character of the film.
Ed, Bar, and Kellan Are Young and Award-Worthy in Hollywood
The next generation of entertainers hit the red carpet in LA last night at the Young Hollywood Awards. There were plenty of statues to go around at the star-studded ceremony, with Ed Westwick, Emile Hirsch, AnnaLynne McCord, and Adam Lambert taking home honors. Adam found time to show off his vampire moves with Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke, while Bar Refaeli and Kellan Lutz made the rounds together.
Mary-Kate and ERW Kick Off Tribeca With Whatever Works
Woody Allen's latest film Whatever Works kicked off the Tribeca Film Festival last night. The film stars Evan Rachel Wood — who just joined the cast of True Blood — and Larry David as husband and wife, which is a bit of an unlikely duo. Mary-Kate Olsen wasn't the one making out with an older man on the big screen this time, but she was still out to support the festival and film.

The cast of Vicky Cristina Barcelona hit NYC last night, missing a few stars but still showing off the steaminess that makes the movie so hotly anticipated. Scarlett didn't join the group, maybe because she's sick of answering questions about Barack Obama or her fiance Ryan. Her costar Patricia Clarkson brought a little va-va-voom, but even Woody skipped the red carpet in his home town.

Just one night after her big Vicky Cristina Barcelona premiere in LA, Penelope Cruz was in another long black dress for the Elegy screening in NYC last night. She left the rest of her gorgeous costars, including Javier, behind for this one, but had plenty of glamorous party friends. George Clooney was the last man standing from the Leatherheads cast, with neither Renee Zellweger nor John Krasinski showing their faces at a screening of the film in NYC last night. He did have the support of Bruce Willis, his close friend Ellen Barkin, and Julianna Margulies — which is a fun little treat for fans of old-school ER. Clooney looked like he was in good spirits as usual, but behind the scenes of his new movie, things have been less than perfect.

Ryan Gosling may not have shown up with a date on his arm, but Ellen Barkin was the lucky lady posing by his side at the after party of The Visitor premiere in NYC last night. Seriously, she gets to hang out with all the good ones. Hot hot Mr. Gosling and Ellen aren't actually in the movie, but neither are Patricia Clarkson, Stanley Tucci or Steve Buscemi who were all out for the event.

Javier and Amy Are Among The Critics' Choices
Last night in NYC some of the years biggest breakout stars like Javier Bardem and Amy Adams came together with old favorites at the 2007 New York Film Critics' Circle Awards. The winners were announced last month with both Amy and Javier among them and his No Country For Old Men taking home the honor for best movie of the year.
