Gwen Talks New No Doubt Songs and Concerts Abroad

Gwen Stefani left her Spring 2010 L.A.M.B presentation and headed to Bloomingdale's yesterday to host an autograph signing for Fashion's Night Out - see her look here. The woman who conceived the event, Anna Wintour, stopped by as well, and the two fashion icons laughed and posed as Anna told Gwen about the international praise she's already received for The September Issue. We had the chance to speak to Gwen for an exclusive interview, where she hinted at a new fragrance line and told us No Doubt is hard at work in the studio. Here's more:

On her tour experience: "The tour was incredible. We played for almost a million people. It was the time of our lives, and every show was just really mind blowing, very emotional. It's kind of hard to believe and take it all in, but it's very inspiring. We were never planning to go on tour, it was just like on the fly - let's go! It was really spontaneous. So now we are trying to go back into the studio and write some music. We have a few more things: we are going to Russia and we are going to Singapore this month. They are just kind of one-off [performances] and then we are going to get serious about doing some songwriting. We were in the studio last week and tried some stuff."
On new No Doubt singles: "Well it's not a finished song, but we got it started and it was fun. Before we left I was in a little bit of a rut, but I don't feel like that anymore. I gained energy [from the tour]."
On the best lesson she's learned from being a mother of two: "How much easier my life was before? No I'm kidding, they are the best thing ever and we have so much fun together . . . It was fun [having them on tour]. It was really fun, but hard."

It's no secret that Courteney and David have a passion for real estate and she's known for fixing up houses and selling them for a pretty profit. Well, now Ms Cox will be able to make even more dough. The actress and producer will be adding real estate agent to her resume. She's applying for an agent's license, which gets her more commission when she sells a house. Looks like a solid back up plan if Dirt doesn't make it past season 2 (however, we'd hope that isn't the case).

Audrina Scores a Show and Parties With Newly Single Vanessa

The ladies looked tan in white at a Reebok event in LA yesterday. Vanessa Minnillo smiled on the carpet as the news broke that she and Nick Lachey have split. Despite rumors of rockiness over the past few months, the two are still good friends, and Vanessa even talked about Nick's plans to go on a safari this summer. Audrina Patridge struck a pose in her LWD, and we'll be seeing a lot more of her now that MTV picked up her new show, which will focus on her life and career. Kim Kardashian brought her family along and sported sneakers, joining other guests like pregnant Kendra Wilkinson for a casual night of fun.

John Mayer touched down in NYC yesterday morning after spending a few weeks away from home. He's been living it up with his lady Jen recently, including their bikini-filled NYE getaway to Cabo, and apparently they have more travel plans coming up. According to Life & Style, Jen's had to reschedule her 40th birthday party for February 7 since she and John are planning a romantic Valentine's Day trip together and will already be away on her real b-day Feb 11. Wherever they end up, Jen should be treated to serenades from her musical man as he warms up for his upcoming variety show.

Jennifer Goes From LA Triathlon to NYC Party For Marc!

Straight from a wetsuit into an evening gown! Jennifer Lopez was dressed to the nines and looking refreshed out in New York City last night, throwing husband Marc Anthony a birthday party on the same day she completed her triathlon in Malibu. Looks like the foot injury that made her bail on judging the Project Runway finale really isn't slowing her down any - though there are other rumors as to why she pulled out. Jennifer has long been planning this big 40th b-day bash for her husband, which included a costume change during the night celebrating with their friends including Brooke Shields, Donatella Versace, Kimora Lee Simmons, and more. Jess and Ash's Boots Were Made For Birthdays With the Boys

The Simpson girls and their men got an early start on celebrating Jessica's 28th birthday this Thursday with dinner out at Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, CA, last night. Both Jessica and Ashlee had on their cowboy boots, though Jess stole the show with her b-day girl party dress and her real life Cowboy Tony holding her hand. I'm thinking no margaritas for Ashlee this time, but hopefully Jess celebrated with a few - she's got a lot to be happy about these days as a future aunt with a hot boyfriend who makes her happy and a country album on the way that's already getting some good reviews. Plus, seeing how rowdy things got at Tony's b-day, he's probably got some fun planned for her this week.

After her cowboy-themed karaoke birthday party with Tony and her sister, Jessica Simpson was still showing off her Texas spirit yesterday at a b-day lunch with friends in LA. You can barely see Jess under her big hat, but that smile is unmistakable. She's got a lot to celebrate, because last night her father revealed that her country album has a release date, Sept. 9, and her video for "Come on Over" will premiere on her website this Saturday. Rather than sitting at her computer watching herself, Jessica will be on Lake Tahoe with Tony, who is playing in a celebrity charity golf tournament there, though he's planning on spending the weekend on the water with Jess hopefully showing off their bathing suit bodies.

Lindsay Lohan continued to bask in the gorgeous LA weather in her bikini at a friends' pool soirée on Saturday after running some errands. Speaking of parties, Lindsay's 22nd birthday is still a month and a half away but the starlet is already in planning mode - even setting up a website looking for sponsors for the bash. After she had to cancel her big 21st b-day Vegas celebration and settle for a break from rehab in Malibu, it seems she wants to go big this year. Sounds like a recipe for trouble, but hopefully Lindsay won't get too carried away ringing in another year.

B To Become Mrs. Jay-Z One Day Soon? We'll See...

Jay-Z had his girl B in the audience on Thursday at a Vegas press conference to announce his plans to open another of his 40/40 Clubs, this time in Sin City. The club will be in the upcoming Palazzo luxury hotel, which is part of the Venetian. At the conference, a bold reporter asked Jay about his plans to marry his longtime girlfriend. He replied, "One day soon - let's leave it at that." Very Innnnnteresting, but considering how many rumors there have been about surprise weddings and all that I'm not holding my breath. That being said, I would definitely love to see these two, as one of my favorite celebrity couples, tie the knot someday.
