Jessica Biel and her newly darkened locks hung around on the set of Powder Blue with Ray Liotta yesterday. Despite having one of Hollywood's sexiest bodies, Jessica is shy about showing too much skin for the cameras. Apparently she's taking a page out of Natalie Portman's book and is scared that photos of her shooting racy scenes will be leaked on to the internet. She's done a lot of photo shoots in minimal clothing, so we're wondering how much more she's going to have to bare for her role. Maybe Justin can give her a little lesson in being comfortably topless in front of the cameras.

Jessica Biel's new role apparently involved a hair color change, because the actress was sporting a much darker 'do on the set of her new movie, Powder Blue with costar Ray Liotta. I'm assuming make up has something to do with it, but this hair color kinda washes the life out of uber-fit Jessica. Unfortunately for Jess, her (grumpy) boy JT's tour is bringing him to the south and then Canada before he's back in LA in September. Maybe he left his girl some of his grandmother's pecan pie to remember him by. You know, since it looks like she indulges in sweets all the time.

Before we dive into what to buy, there are a few important things to remember about consuming these foods:

Eating foods fresh and in their natural state, especially fruits and vegetables (rather than in pill or powder supplement form), usually allows us to absorb the greatest amount of their nutrients. The way a superfood is processed or cooked can significantly lower its antioxidant content.
If the superfood can’t be eaten fresh, look for easy and appetizing recipes containing it. No matter how “super” a superfood may be, if you don’t know how to cook it, you’ll probably let it go to waste.

His Spring '12 Couture collection modernized and glamorized vintage flight attendant uniforms, outfitting his models in the same knee-length skirt suits and sheaths, albeit with Karl's eye for embellishment and detail. He quite literally took us to the skies (complete with gravity-defying hair!), drawing inspiration not only from the structure and silhouettes, but also using an entire palette of blue, ranging from soft powder blue frocks to decadent midnight blue sequined gowns. He marries the intricacy of paillette-dotted gowns, proportional play, and the most delicate of drop earrings with practicality - no over-the-top footwear and a form of the label's shifts and tweeds still intact. He speaks to the whimsy without compromising what the Chanel client wants - classics, wearability.

Trends: Sequins, ladylike, sheer, volume, and cutout shoulders.
