John Mayer had a fitness-filled weekend in LA but managed to make some time to plant a kiss on a lucky lady fan and dodge new relationship rumors. American Idol Gets Disco Fever
Last night it was time for disco on American Idol, and thankfully the final seven managed to mix it up a bit and find their own way to take on the genre — phew. Lil Rounds kicked off the evening with a lackluster "I'm Every Woman," and the judges are so over her they barely even commented other than to say it was another disappointment. Kris Allen went next and was able to kick the energy up a notch with "She Works Hard For the Money," which got pretty great reviews across the board.
American Idol Heads to the Movies
Last night, American Idol's top seven had Quentin Tarantino to coach them through the world of songs in film. While Quentin was a fun addition his second time on the show, there was a big disappointment as well — due to time constraints, only two judges commented per contestant. Why don't they just cut down elsewhere if they really need to keep it to an hour?
Justin Has Jessica and Maybe Vogue
Justin Timberlake looked pretty scruffy while running errands around NYC Thursday, but he still caught Anna Wintour's eye this week. She supposedly talked to him about appearing in Vogue with Katy Perry after they mingled at Fashion Week. She also allegedly mentioned having Jessica pose as cover girl someday, which would be a pretty big score for Biel.
