The contestants on Thintervention are starting to see the results of their intense workouts and diet changes thanks to their dedication and trainer Jackie Warner's guidance. In an effort to celebrate their changing bodies, Jackie invited Robin Antin of the Pussycat Dolls to work with the crew on last night's "Sweat Is Sexy" episode. Antin's moves offered the gang the opportunity to let loose, express some passion, and most of all, sweat. And for the most part, the contestants jumped at the chance.

I happen to feel empowered when I sweat, but sexy isn't necessarily the right adjective. What about you?

Want to look like one of the hot singer/dancers from The Pussycat Dolls? You're in luck! LA-based trainer Dale Dymkoski, who works with former Doll Jessica Sutta, shares his top moves to tone your lower body.

Sutta, who's now a solo artist, has been lifting weights with Dymkoski for two years, and rather than bulk up, "I've actually gotten slimmer!" she says. Dymkoski's workout includes three basic lower body movements and two complimentary upper body movements. Do two sets of 8-12 reps three times a week, and you could be rockin' a bod like a Pussycat Doll!

Get the Bod: Kelly Osbourne

Back in November when Kelly Osbourne joined Dancing With the Stars, she said that her "body was going to get sick" from all that dancing. She wasn't lying. The youngest Osbourne took the stage with the Pussycat Dolls last week, looking smokin' hot alongside performers Mya and Carmen Electra. It's hard to believe that the size two starlet was a size 14 less than a year ago, and almost 50 pounds heavier. No short-term diets. For Kelly, diets are out of the question; instead she set out for an overall lifestyle change, which meant making over her food choices. She sticks to whole, natural foods, and stays away from processed carbs. Eliminating refined sugars was tough, but Kelly saw the difference almost immediately. She also eats a small low-carb, low sugar snack before bedtime to keep her metabolism on the go.
You can't skip workouts. While a lot of the weight came off during DWTS, Kelly continues to maintain it through regular workouts. She's a fan of Pilates and Bar Method, workouts that she does at least three times a week.
It has to come from the inside. Part of Kelly's process involved working on her self-esteem, and not obsessing over the little things. Instead of focusing on flaws, she's learned to love what she sees in the mirror. Kelly also doesn't obsess over counting calories, or weighing herself because she doesn't want her healthy makeover to be a number game.

What to Download: New Music on iTunes

Tuesdays are big in entertainmentville: Not only do all the new DVD releases hit Netflix, but new music also pours into stores, including iTunes. So I take a spin through each week's iTunes music releases and pick out some albums and tracks worthy of a download. In addition to the songs and albums below you can now download a second volume of the Sex and the City soundtrack. Here are today's selections:

Let's Rock: The new Kings of Leon album, Only By the Night, seems like a pretty straightforward effort by the band in all its arena-rock glory. I've already been digging the track "Sex on Fire," and I think "17" sounds interesting. I'm looking forward to giving it a whirl.

When I grow up I might not listen to this stuff anymore: First of all, I have to tell you that I laughed out loud when I laid eyes on this cover. It appears that the middle Pussycat Doll lost her shirt on her motorcycle ride. But I digress. I don't think I'll ever buy an entire Dolls album but will admit I've succumbed to their catchy dance tunes in the past. The song we've all heard a lot already, "When I Grow Up," is of course included on their new album as is an obligatory song featuring Snoop Dog called "Bottle Pop," and what I bet is the next song none of us will be able to get out of our brains, "Halo".

Reflecting: Oh, wow, I really like Cold War Kids and I'm totally digging their new album Loyalty to Loyalty. I read an article about what inspired this new album and discovered that the lyrically mesmerizing track, "Every Man I Fall For," is written about a female's perspective of relationships. I'm really enjoying the song "Relief" as well but I'll likely download the entire thing.

"Down-home Dixie-fried home-grown..." Those are some of the fun, spirited lyrics from the first track on the Old Crow Medicine Show's new album Tennessee Pusher. The banjo-plucky album has more of the OCMS's super-Southern country-folk tunes. In fact, it's like a fond love letter to the South, from the energetic "Alabama High-Test" to the much darker "Motel in Memphis" and title track "Tennessee Pusher."

Audrina Patridge from "The Hills" and Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls both sported this sparkly gold trapeze dress. And take a look at the difference in the shoe choices! Audrina opted for gold metallic Loubs while Nicole went fierce with studded booties. Neither strike my fancy, but that's just me. Two tan and skinny ladies, but who wore it better?!
