Earlier this week, we were happy to hear that she broke up with her boyfriend of four years, Raffaello Follieri, after his most recent bout of legal problems. While Anne has apparently moved out of their apartment, she's still defending him, and the two remain friends. He's always seemed sketchy to us, but Anne has stuck by him through so much. Anne Hathaway was still smiling on the set of Bride Wars in NYC yesterday, but things weren't going quite so smoothly with her personal life. Her boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was arrested for bouncing a check written for about $250,000. Apparently he went willingly, but the whole situation sounds a little suspect, especially since this isn't the first time he's been accused of shady financial dealings.

Anne Hathaway and Mary-Kate Olsen put on their best party dresses for the Annual Winter Dance at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC last night. Anne dressed for the theme in her Winter white number while Mary-Kate was just trying to keep warm. Ms. Hathaway arrived on the arm of Raffaello Follieri of course, but she also welcomed Roberto Cavalli as a second date, saying, "It's nice to have two men fawning over you." Anne certainly isn't shy about bragging about all the male attention she's been getting these days, but it's starting to rub us the wrong way.
