Elle hosted a VIP dinner at The Box in NY for Julia Stiles' and her new film Raving which she wrote, directed and stars in along with Zooey Deschanel. It's screening at the Tribeca Film Festival where Julia plans to showcase her talent beyond just acting. She also just announced her latest challenge - she's bringing the bestselling book The Bell Jar to the big screen. We love Julia in the Bourne flicks and she obviously has grown a lot since 10 Things I Hate About You.

There Might Be More Broadway in Store For Scarlett

Scarlett Johansson was well equipped to make the walk from her NYC apartment to her car yesterday afternoon. She did crack a little smile, which makes sense considering her rave reviews for her Broadway debut in A View From the Bridge. The show's ticket sales have been so successful due to her and Liev Schreiber's performances that the producers are looking to extend its run, though they'll have to take a month-long break in the Spring when Scarlett's contractually obligated to do a world promotional tour for Iron Man 2.

The anticipation for This Is It has all been building up to today! It's finally out in theaters after a star-studded premiere in LA last night. Since Michael Jackson's untimely death this Summer you've been pretty split over all the tributes and attempts to honor the King of Pop, but a lot of you have still been excited for new music.

Gerard Butler wrapped up his time promoting The Ugly Truth in the UK and was back to work on The Bounty yesterday in NYC. He and Jennifer Aniston were in their familiar blue car, and a suspicious-looking red mark on Gerard's neck suggests it's time for the kissing scenes he was so looking forward to. Meanwhile, Jennifer received an award for narrating a children's book with her father, though she probably won't be celebrating in her favorite spot. The actress considers her house the best restaurant in LA thanks to her chefs, and her friends have nothing but rave reviews for her hosting skills.

Anne Hathaway shared a steamy kiss with her boyfriend Adam Shulman earlier this week while out in NYC. Her pup Esmeralda was her companion of choice on Wednesday, though, for a stroll around her neighborhood. Both outings were brief breaks from rehearsing for Twelfth Night in Central Park, which opened last night. Anne's performance is already earning her raves, proving that the Oscar nominee can strut her stuff onstage too.

Chris Pine Is Ready to See What Trek Can Bring

Chris Pine stopped off for coffee in LA on Friday looking relaxed after Star Trek's opening night. The movie is getting rave reviews, including from Buzz, and is already off to a good start at the box office. We'll have to wait and see whether it beats Wolverine's opening weekend as you predicted, but in the meantime maybe he's won a few more of you over to thinking he's sexy shirtless.

Traveling With Little Levi Is Easy Breezy For MM

On Monday Matthew McConaughey hit the stores with wide-eyed Levi, but yesterday it was all about man's best friend on the beach in Malibu. MM enjoys a mellow ride and he's raving about how good a traveling partner Levi is already. He talked about their road trip routine and international travel with the little guy who sounds as mellow as mom and dad. Whatever kind of kid Levi turns out to be, sounds like a little wanderlust will always be encouraged.

Gisele Strips Down and Talks About Tom, John, and Leo

Gisele Bundchen shows off all of her glowing skin on the May cover of Vanity Fair. In the interview, the supermodel has a lot to say about her new husband Tom Brady and her stepson John. While her words might cause some controversy, it sounds like it's all coming from the love in her heart. Here's more:

On falling in love with Tom: "I knew right away - the first time I saw him. We met through a friend. The moment I saw him, he smiled and I was like, That is the most beautiful, charismatic smile I’ve ever seen! We sat and talked for three hours. I had to go home for Christmas, but I didn’t want to leave. You know that feeling of, like, you can’t get enough? From the first day we met, we’ve never spent one day without speaking to each other."
On finding out Tom's ex was pregnant: "It was definitely a surprise for both of us. In the beginning you’re living this romantic fantasy; you’re thinking, This can’t be true, it’s so good! And then, Whoops-wake-up call! We were dating two and a half months when he found out, and it was a very challenging situation. Obviously, in the beginning, it’s not the ideal thing . . . I think it was a blessing, because otherwise I don’t think I would have known what he was made of, and he wouldn’t have known what I was made of . . . Our relationship has become so much stronger, and I think I wouldn’t be as certain as I am today if it weren’t for that."
On John: "I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that, but to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child. I feel it is, 100 percent. I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that’s important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine. I already feel like he’s my son, from the first day."

On Leo: "Leo is a really wonderful person. We still speak sometimes, and I’m friends with his mom. He still has one of my dogs. He’s done a lot for the environment, and I admire what he’s done. We know what we had; we were very young, and we grew together in a lot of ways. We were just not meant to be boyfriend and girlfriend, but I respect him enormously, and I wish him nothing but the best."
On her future: "I would like a big family. I love children. When you come from a big family, you see that growing up you’re learning how to share. Your sisters have got your back; you’re not alone in this-‘We all support you!’ Your family provides that; it gives you a sense of safety, and it’s a very grounding feeling. That’s why I feel I can fly away, because I have those roots and they’re so deep. This is what I want to have in my life. This is why you get married-you want to create those roots together; you want to give that to your kids. I would also love to adopt a child from Brazil. When you come from São Paulo, you see five-year-olds sniffing glue on the corner. You think, If you make a difference in the life of one of them, that makes your time on this earth worthwhile. I will have a colorful family, like a rainbow. I have dogs from rescue; they are all my dogs. Children are like little angels-there’s no way you can’t love them."

Gisele also reveals that she was engaged a lot longer than people suspected, while raving about Tom throughout the interview. The couple have a second wedding coming up this Friday, and it sounds like newlywed bliss came even before they said "I do."

Idol Gets Messy, Melodic and Mustached For Motown Week

The Idols took on Motown last night, which meant a trip to Detroit for the top ten before working with Smokey Robinson on their songs for the week. Matt Giraud kicked off the night perfectly - he was as Justin Timberlake-esque as ever going all out with his awesome rendition of "Let's Get It On" - and it was no surprise that the judges loved it. He was followed up by Kris Allen who made a great choice with "How Sweet It Is" to go with his cute smile and demeanor. Between mostly forgettable Scott MacIntyre and Megan Joy, the judges got a little silly when Paula gave Simon a coloring book and "crowns" (as Simon pronounced crayons). Later in the night, Simon drew a mustache on Paula's face.

After the humor interlude were a few more blah performances from Anoop who sounded good singing "Baby Baby" but as Simon pointed out looked like he might fall asleep, Michael Sarver whose "Ain't Too Proud to Beg" had Simon begging it would end, and Lil Rounds whose "Heat Wave" just didn't heat up. The final three performances were from some of the fan favorites - Adam Lambert was part Elvis part Jonas Brother for his rendition of "Tracks of My Tears," which Simon deemed the best performance of the night. Danny Gokey faltered for the first time this season with "Get Ready Here I Come," which didn't get raves from the judges. Allison finished up the night with a strong "Papa Was a Rolling Stone" proving herself the strongest female left in the competition. As for the bottom three, our guesses are Michael Sarver, Megan Joy and Scott MacIntyre, but we think it's time to say bye-bye to Oil Rig Sarver.
