From fab abs, beautiful biceps, toned thighs and gorgeous glutes, one question looms:

I can only say that I would never waste my time working out 8 hours a week and only eating protein and salad. It's not worth it to keep those couple of pounds off and later on in life get
cancer from eating only that.
Time and money. Time to be well rested and exercise. Money to pay for a personal trainer, nutritionist, and chef.
I always moan and complain that I could have a killer body year round if I quit my job. Haha, yeah right.
to dodo some explaining: Each person needs a well balanced diet that means eating everything. I was obviously not talking about processed food, and trans fat....but natural fat such as in
olive oil is very healthy for the body. the body needs fat too. I really believe that many ppl who were they life long on a restricted diet with end up with colon cancer or some other
illnesses. I have an aunt who diet from eating only the same food groups not even being anorexic. Think what you want

A personnal trainer,as well as a nutritionist is also needed.
Plus they've most of the celebs (95% of them) have had plastic surgery,or at least botox...
Not mentioned is that many of them get regular injections of human growth hormone which combats aging and allows them to maintain the muscle mass of a younger person (we lose muscle mass as
we age). It's legal but very costly.

I have no money and no personal trainer but my body is almost perfect (and I am 50!) ! Thanks to exercise every day, healthy food but also a lots of red wine, chocolate, cheese, nice stuff!

If i were a celeb and had the time and money i know that i would have a trainer and a nutritionist. that's how i think that most celebs manage it .
