Jim, Jenny, Ben, Ashton and Mariah Smile at Sundance

The Sundance Film Festival is officially in full swing and big names flocked to Park City to promote their movies. Ben Affleck stopped on his way to DC for "Reporter," which he serves as executive producer. Jim Carrey had his girlfriend Jenny McCarthy to help support his role where Ewan McGregor is his boyfriend in I Love You Philip Morris. Ashton was there to promote his gigolo film, Spread, with his loyal wife Demi by his side. Funny ladies Amy Poehler, Parker Posey and Rachel Dratch posed for a portrait picture, which is a lot more tame than their film Spring Breakdown. Festival favorites like Michael Cera, Zooey Deschanel, and Sam Rockwell all showed off their films while Paris Hilton made sure to hit all the parties. Mariah continues to look elated in every photo with Nick but her movie "Push" is apparently pretty dramatic. Even Anna Wintour hit the festival this year to promote her debut in a The September Issue. The festival is just getting started so expect many more big names all week long posing in cute portrait shots, walking red carpets and attending parties.

Sundance Brings Out the Stars

While our girls Molly and Buzz are checking out all the goodness at the Sundance Film Festival, Park City has been chock full of celebrities showing off their new films. Emily Blunt joined cute father/son duo Tom and Colin Hanks at the premiere of The Great Buck Howard, while Bono and his fellow bandmates supported their U2 3D. Adorable Elle Fanning held her own at the premiere of Phoebe In Wonderland, and Jack Black was unsurprisingly perfectly comfortable showing off his dark roots for his new movie Be Kind Rewind. Obviously there are lots of exciting movies and stars all over the film festival, so be sure to check back for updates from Molly and Buzz about all the movies and any hot gossip that comes their way.

Tom and Katie Go to Washington

Another night another Lions for Lambs premiere for Tom and Katie, this time things got a little more political when they took the movie down to DC. Katie's hair and makeup looked great, but the dress is a little blah. That being said, I can't help but like her when she gives the old Joey Potter smile. Beyond Tom's costar Robert Redford, they were joined by former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. It's been a big week of screenings for Tom's new movie, but Buzz has a sneak peek at his controversial and highly anticipated upcoming role in Valkyrie - check it out here. And for something a little lighter, Katie is apparently in final negotiations to star in a new fantasy-comedy movie called The Other Side. Her upcoming Mad Money looks pretty bad, but, call me crazy, I have faith in Katie's movie career yet.

Lions for Lambs Premiere in LA Brings Out the A-Listers

Tom Cruise was joined by his friends, family and costars on the red carpet at the premiere of Lions for Lambs in LA last night. Katie looked great in Berlin, but she went even more glamorous last night. Also there to support Tom was his stylish BFFs Will and Becks. It's Tom's time to show off his movie, but he recently took the time to gush about his wife. He said, "I have a lot of respect for [Katie] as an artist, as a woman. She's a very strong, gracious woman. She's very funny, a great comedian." Some of you don't have a lot of faith in Katie's acting skills, but it sounds like Tom can't say enough kind words about her. Of course, being the mother of his adorable little girl may make him a bit biased but we can't blame him.

Tom Wants to Do Manly Things With David

Another day and another country for jet-setting Tom Cruise, who premiered Lions for Lambs today at the Rome Film Festival. He was joined by his co-star and traveling buddy, Robert Redford. Tom has been busy filming Valkyrie and now promoting Lions for Lambs, but once he's done he plans to hang with his good friend Beckham. Tom spoke a bit about his plans while in London. Here's more:

"We will go out and fly some airplanes or race some cars or something like that," Cruise told BBC Radio 5 Live as he hit the red carpet for the London Film Festival premiere of his new flick, Lions for Lambs. Cruise, 45, admitted that any thrilling exploits would first have to get the go-ahead from Beckham's wife. "I'll talk to Victoria and see if she's all right with that. But we'll have some fun," he said.

Even though Tom and Becks might have big plans, Victoria is clearly the boss. Tom also told fans that later today he is flying to Berlin to re-join his family. Hope this means more adorable Suri sightings! Many more of Tom so read more

Tom and Robert Are Lions (for Lambs)

Tom left his two favorite girls at home to premiere his new movie, Lions for Lambs at the London Film Festival this evening. Alongside Tom was his costar and the film's director, Robert Redford, but Meryl Streep sat this one out. Pretty big name cast and a very very intense-looking film - should be interesting to see how this one plays out at the box office. I must say, Tom looked pretty sharp in his suit and side swept hair. Even after all these years, the very distinctly handsome Robert Redford stole the show. Lifetime Achievement Swoon.

Charlotte's Web Hits the Big Screen

Charlotte's Web premiered this weekend at the ArcLight Theatres in Hollywood. The classic children's book scored some big names for their latest movie including Julia Roberts as the voice of Charlotte and Dakota Fanning who plays Fern. Here's more:

"I was intimidated by the character at first," Roberts says. "You want to capture her essence, which is so complicated and interesting, and yet she really is a spider. So it was definitely tricky."

Dakota Fanning, who plays Fern, always wanted to play the classic character.

"I was such a fan of the book. I read it so many times and it meant so many things to me," Fanning says. "It's about life and friendship."

Fanning also saw a strange reaction from those who know her the best.

"My Mom cried when she saw me in the yellow Fern dress with the little red ribbons. Getting to see the classic illustrations come to life was special."

Working with some Hollywood-inspected swine was also special.

"My first Wilbur was only four weeks old," she says. "We had 50 to 60 of them working on the set and the pigs were all so sweet."

And smelly? "No, everyone thinks they smell, but they really don't," Fanning says.

Charlotte's Web hits theaters December 15th. Other big names helped out on the film as well including Oprah as Gussy the goose, Robert Redford as Ike the horse and Cedric the Entertainer as Oprah's husband Golly the goose. Joan Rivers vs Robert Redford

Some nerve. The queen of plastic surgery has slammed Redford for his recent alleged face lift.

Rivers reportedly said, "Robert Redford had such a bad job. God, whoever did him should be ashamed - or maybe he left it too long so it's much more obvious."

Maybe instead of publicly making fun of him she should have just given him her doctors phone number.

He clearly had no comment.

Wet Hot Generous Sundance

These days, exclusive movie festivals seem as much about free stuff for celebs as they are about the films. At this year's Sundance, the festival's Papa, Robert Redford, has even been seen wearing a pin that says "Focus on Film"...but it's not really helping much. So much for the power of words, eh Redford? JK, buddy. There is hope, however, because some celebs are choosing to donate their freebies to worthy causes rather than throw them on top of their endless piles of other superfluous stuff (which I assume exist in every celeb home). Here's more:

The adorable Adam Brody picked up a leather messenger bag from one of the swag stations and immediately brought it to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society table so it could be auctioned off for charity. Like we needed another reason to love him.

Donating, in fact, became the "in" thing this year at the normally opulent event. Not only did the LLS set up shop, but the filmmakers of "Low and Behold" also provided a drop box for freebies to benefit Hurricane Katrina survivors.

So what did the original receivers think of the new giving-back trend?

"I actually don't believe in charity," actor's actor Paul Rudd told us. "By working hard and entertaining the world, I think I deserve a cashmere stereo."

He was joking, of course (though I wouldn't mind cuddling with a cashmere stereo. Mmmm, cashmere), and said that he would stop by the donation suites soon. I love me some Paul Rudd, but I hope this gnome look is put to rest soon (I swear, underneath the beard, he's hot). Adam Brody being cute and giving, too? Be still my dork-loving heart.
