The Free Stuff Starts Flowing For Lindsay, Ashley, and More Before the MTV Movie Awards

The MTV Movie Awards are still two days away, but the gifting has already begun. The Montage Beverly Hills hosted a variety of celebrities yesterday afternoon, with Lindsay Lohan leading the way browsing the Superdry merchandise despite pain from her dental surgery. She kept her SCRAM anklet well-hidden underneath a pair of boots even though she showed it off in a weekend photo shoot. Rachel Bilson transitioned from celebrating high fashion to browse the offerings, looking adorable as always in her black tights and denim shirt. Ashley Greene freshened up after her workout and looked particularly cozy with hottie Robert Buckley.

Kim Kardashian stopped going through the racks long enough to do a quick interview, while Joe Jonas showed his little brother Frankie around the premises. Adrien Brody took a turn in the DJ booth, and Dexter's Jennifer Carpenter caught up with pal Busy Philipps. Jenna Dewan grabbed a snack as she made the rounds without her husband, Channing Tatum. Leo and Michelle Bring Their Movie to the Island of Manhattan

The stars of Shutter Island gathered in NYC last night for their first American premiere. Michelle Williams and Leonardo DiCaprio joined Martin Scorsese on the red carpet, as they promoted their film that follows in the tradition of mental hospital thrillers. The trio was also together last weekend for a screening in Berlin, and Leo made time afterwards to take his girlfriend Bar Refaeli out in Germany. Leo's talked about working with Martin in Parade and Esquire, and he was happy to speak more about their partnership. "He really gives actors ownership of their characters and almost finds the emotional narrative through the actors that he hires," Leo said. "That's so empowering and it makes you trust yourself as an actor and go places that you maybe, normally wouldn't."

The stars of Showtime, the CW, and CBS came together at their TCA party in Pasadena last night. The Huntington Library was bursting with celebrities from all three networks who mixed and mingled at the gorgeous venue. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz looked perfectly petite in her sexy dress as she told us about how well-behaved Bronx is these days. Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth both had shows to promote, though Peter was also happy to chat about feeling like Robert Pattinson at Twi-Con and heading back to work in Vancouver today!

Weeds hottie Hunter Parrish was happy to joke around about not having any sexy scenes this week though admitted that his comments about High School Musical were totally blown out of proportion: "You know what's funny? I talked about that three years ago when it was relevant and now that it's not relevant at all everyone's talking about it." AnnaLynne McCord is always a blast to chat with and she was so excited to dish on the new season and her desires for a Gossip Girl crossover. Peter Facinelli on Twi-Con: "It was phenomenal! It was probably the biggest event I've been to. 3000 fans from all over. I had a woman come in from Colombia. Another woman came in from Germany. It was pretty amazing. I don't know a lot of fans who would fly in from other countries for a weekend. At one point we were doing a Q & A and we were throwing paper airplanes into the audience that had the casts' signature on them. So I wanted to try and get one in the back [of the room], so I decided to run it to the back. It seemed like a good idea, but halfway through it got really scary. I don't know how I made it back. I thought to myself - now I know what Robert Pattinson feels like."
Ashlee on bringing Bronx to set: "He does [come to set a lot]. He's incredible. He's such a big boy. He's amazing! He's attempting to walk. I can hold him as he tries to walk - he's only eight months. He's learning fast. He's growing! He's such a big boy, it's good. He's nice and healthy and a happy baby, which you couldn't ask for more.
AnnaLynne on her dream Gossip Girl crossover: "I am still sticking to the Gossip Girl crossovers that need to happen. Naomi goes to New York. Just like last season, Lindsay appeared to be one of the event's main attractions - but when she wasn't with Sam in the DJ booth, she made time to mingle with other Ronsons like Mark, Anne, and Annabelle. She missed all of last night's kickoff festivities, starting with the Victoria's Secret "What Is Sexy Party?" attended by Gerard Butler and Hayden Panettiere. Rachel Zoe was also out on the scene, heading from the Vogue/BMW party to the amfAR Gala with Anna Wintour and Taylor Momsen. Elsewhere, new couple Robert Buckley and Privileged's Joanna Garcia checked out Rebecca Minkoff's presentation, while Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, and Hilary Duff put on their red dresses to strut their stuff at the annual Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection bash. TV Tonight: Robert Buckley Gets Privileged

If you've been missing Robert Buckley ever since Lipstick Jungle went off the air, there's good news: Buckley will be hobnobbing with Megan, Will, and the rest of our Privileged friends starting tonight!

Buckley plays David, the editor Will's father hires to work on a new magazine based on Megan and Will's idea from a few episodes back (the one that may or may not still be named Ripple). Megan's ready with lots of ideas to pitch, but it seems like David is going to be a pretty tough editor to please. Also, as I understand it, David wears a shirt a little more than Kirby did - you know, office job and all.

Meanwhile, we'll see the start of the fallout from Sage's big confession and the repercussions of what Rose now knows about their real grandfather. Sounds like it should be a packed episode!
